Truth can be stranger than fiction; Is the World Economic Forum at Davos a real-world version of a SPECTRE Conference run by Bond movie villain Ernst Blofeld?
Davos, Switzerland: The Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum is in the news. This year’s event goes from 16-20 January.
Reporting by legacy media and conservative punditry on this event brought us the names of attendees that are well known, like former Vice President and now climate grifter, Al Gore.
There were also many other attendees & sponsors of the event who were not nearly as well known. Members of this group are far more dangerous to individual liberty than has-been grifters like Gore. The founder and Executive Chairman of the WEF, Klaus Schwab, is one of these.
There was also lots of commentary that at times seemed somewhat discordant. At one end of the spectrum, there were discussions about WEF agenda items like feeding the hungry, making medicine available to all and of course, eliminating the scourge of man-caused CO2 (also known as plant food).
At the other end, commentary tended to focus on discussions about attendees arriving in private jets (no Uber for these folks) lavish dinners and the number of shall I say “personal entertainment technicians” imported by organizers to help attendees enjoy their free time.
Although “personal entertainment technicians,” was my term, the fact that they were being provided I got from an on the air conversation with David Webb.** He of course, had a much more pithy term for them. During our short talk, I mentioned to Webb that not only was there more than a hint of hypocrisy in the above, it also seemed to take a few pages out of Ian Fleming’s James Bond plot lines.
Before we get there, let’s set the stage further. Here is an extract of the mission of the World Economic Forum:
The World Economic Forum is the International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation.
The Forum engages the foremost political, business, cultural and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.

Their mission statement, if you really read it , especially the highlighted part, should terrify you. It certainly does me. After all, who gave these (mostly) unelected people, most of whom are unknown to the vast majority of humans on this planet, the right to shape global, regional and industry agendas?
This could be the plot of any James Bond movie where the Ernst Stavro Blofeld character is using his arch criminal organization, SPECTRE, to achieve his version of world domination. In more than a few of them, there is actually depicted a meeting of the main SPECTRE leadership and their immediate subordinates to plot next moves in their nefarious campaign. The imagery there reminds me a lot of that coming from Davos.
The Davos crowd will spend their time (when not enjoying the services of entertainment technicians) exploring climate change, medicine and energy. Their solutions as we’ve seen with most leftists, will focus on ever centralized control. Once governments control the delivery of energy, medical services, transportation and food, then popular revolt becomes well nigh impossible. Make no mistake about it, improving the human condition is not their goal. Also understand, none of these people will ever live under any of the constraints they manage to foist on you, “for your own good.”
As I mentioned to David Webb, the activities at that exclusive ski village and the decisions that come out of it remind me of the adage, “The truth is often stranger than fiction.” Webb immediately shot back, “or perhaps, life imitating art.” All I can say at this point, Ernst Stavro Blofeld is a piker compared to Klaus Schwab and the organization he has inflicted on an unsuspecting world population.

I saw that, too. Probably because all the attendees found out all the bad press that Google couldn’t block by algorithm, and so they decided to go and play elsewhere.
We are winning. At least the overt PR battle. The MSM used to say we were all conspiracy theorists, until the stuff at Davos got outed. The Davos crowd will just re-tune their message, like they have, for the last 50 years.

The “WEF,” and Klaus Schwab and his billionaire cronies, along with the likes of John Kerry and Al Gore and Bill Gates, have only EVIL on their minds. Yet, the world news organizations scramble to have their top anchors participate in the “fol-de-rol.”
You had me at “Public Private Cooperation”, classically known as Fascism. What happened to the symbol of blindfolded Lady Liberty holding a scale? A foundational American principle is that all persons (corporations) are treated equally under the rule of law. How have we accepted the opposite, complete with regulatory capture, an illegitimate power grab by pseudo elites?

His wild prediction at Davos that Earth faces ‘rain bombs’ and ‘boiling oceans’ is just his latest in decades of climate alarmism.
At the same time, the former VP has been at the forefront of green technology investment that has seen his wealth balloon to an estimated $330 million.
Four years after losing to George W Bush in 2000, Gore set up Generation Investment Management with former Goldman Sachs Managing Director and close friend David W. Blood.
The mission statement of the investment firm, where Gore collects $2 million in a monthly salary, is to back companies that are making strides towards going green. The firm is worth around $36 billion.
He proudly said of his role at the fund, when it launched, was that of a figurehead saying: ‘I’m not a stock picker.’
