The U.S. Decline has a single source; It’s not the one you think. Part 1.

Anyone reading this knows that there has been a decline through the years in this great nation we love. Brightly hair-colored commies and pedos looking to groom your children are marching through the institutions. The real question though, is how did it get here, how did it happen? Most anyone would say that decline was the result of removing God from the public square. You would be wrong though. That is but a symptom of the actual disease that has plagued us for 110 years now.

The actual issue with our country is two separate issues contrived at the same point. The 16th and 17th Amendments. The laying of taxes directly onto every working man and the theft of his time and wages, and the removal of state representation in the Senate as it was designed to work.

This week we will dig into the 16th Amendment and why it has wrecked colossal amounts of damage on our country.

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”

~ 16th Amendment

Prior to this abomination of progressive Republican and commie Democrat fantasy the Constitution was clear. No direct taxes on the people. The only taxes that could be laid had to be “…uniform throughout the United States” A1S8, and “No Capitation or other direct, tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken.” A1S9. This was understood to mean that any taxes had to be apportioned based on state population.

Enter in democrats and their useful idiots who hated the idea that rich people were successful, had money, and weren’t being continually robbed by the Federal government. 1892 produced a Democrat controlled government which got right down to the favorite past time of democrats always. Stealing your money, then trying to bribe you with it right back. A 2% tax on anyone making over $4,000 a year or $132,000 in 2023 dollars approximately.  The Supreme Court made quick work of this idiocy in Pollock v. Farmers Loan and Trust Co. and declared it unconstitutional.

Much like todays commie democrats, who hate you and want to kill your kids or groom them, never give up what it is they want. Cordell Hull, who would later work for the most destructive president in history, FDR, worked with weak spined Republican William Howard Taft. If Taft came out in support of a constitutional amendment, tantrum throwing democrats would stop screwing with tariff legislation.

By 1913 it was all over and Congress now had the power to rob you of your time and personal property to fulfill any and every government desire. Fast forward a couple of decades and look what you have. FDR making the statement that “..no American citizen ought to have a net income, after he has paid his taxes, of more than $25,000 a year.

The next time some brain eaten moron tries to tell you FDR was just trying to do the best for America, show him that quote. No quote in history tells you more about the Democratic party platform than that one right there. You will get what we allow and nothing more peasant.

The entire concept of the Progressive Era, the Great Society, and everything else bankrupting this country would never have been possible if not for the passage of the 16th amendment. The complete eradication of states rights would not be possible were it not for the massive amounts of theft and bribery the federal government participates in.

If you didn’t need to hate it any more just remember, the 16th Amendment was the necessary precursor to the 19th and prohibition. With the largest income stream being whiskey taxes there is zero chance the government was outlawing alcohol. Just change that source of income and now you can get two democrat dreams at one time. Telling people what is good for them through force and controlling just how free you can be.

In fact, if taxes hadn’t fallen during the depression, prohibition might not have been repealed. It was only the idea of creating jobs and increasing government theft numbers that brought back the legal sale of spirits. Though this led directly to the mind numbingly stupid idea Bud Light just had, so who the hell knows.

  1. Lenin supposedly said the way to crush the bourgeoisie is to grind them between the millstones of taxation and inflation; however, that may have been a paraphrase of what Lenin actually said in an interview with John Maynard Keynes, whose economic theories powered the beginnings of the progressive era. That being said, ideas like these most certainly influenced U.S. policy during that time, and still power the millstones grinding us down today.
