I’ve spent the bulk of these articles touching upon the sheer magnitude of obfuscating, muddling and confusing detail surrounding the JFK assassination. The plethora of information seemingly belies the ambiguity that remains with the so-called known “facts.”
Hell, it took nearly fifteen years for our government to “grudgingly” acknowledge there was a conspiracy as evidenced by at least one shot coming from the front-the “Grassy Knoll:” even that should be viewed with appropriate paranoid, conspiratorial pragmatic disbelief. As often observed-if you go after the king, you must ensure you succeed. Nobody dares call it a conspiracy or revolution if successful…
It appears the truth is there was a single shot from the front-the one that killed JFK-but it did not come from the grassy knoll, but from the sewer drain. But it obviously was not the only shot fired from the front, notwithstanding that in theory we do not know how many shots were actually fired: after 60 years of obfuscations, lies, government BS and LSMBTG colluding.
Many would believe the case was simply that complicated and when honest people do their best, well, sometimes it takes time to assess the information and data. And while that is reasonable and credible and possible, I think it is a bunch of donkey dung!
If routine procedures were followed routinely and a standard medical autopsy accomplished-in Dallas-where the law specified that it must be done and a certificate generated before any other actions took place-such as release of the body, transport elsewhere, etc., we wouldn’t be sitting here getting irritated at me droning on about a 60-year-old conspiracy while the world is delaminating.
Consider that RFK had Carlos Marcello-the mere “tomato salesman-” according to New Orleans Police Department and local FBI reports that consistently represented there was no thriving or even viable mafia-syndicate-mob operation ongoing in New Orleans/Louisiana-basically kidnapped at an US Immigration Office and unceremoniously dumped off in Guatemala.
Lingering questions-flares-detonations should have been going off when dots were being connected as early as the Warren Commission, but certainly no later than when RFK dusted off the Marcello files and discovered his deportation action signed off on by the Eisenhower and Nixon administration during the 1950s: it wasn’t initiated because he sold bad tomatoes.
Marcello was not a “wet operations guy.” He did not pull a trigger, he never looked through a scope, he had the best alibi in the history of alibis, as he was in court going through an immigration hearing at which he would find out whether he was going to be deported to Guatemala or not, since he was not a US Citizen-at the time of the assassination: irony of ironies.
The mob or mafia, la Cosa Nostra, the syndicate, the organization, the brotherhood, some of the names are used by many in near romantic or mysterious ways that often desensitize people to the criminality represented by the leaders of these organizations.
Riddle me this-if you will-if Marcello was known enough to our government to have a standing Eisenhower administration deportation order that was later executed by RFK during his “eye for an eye” face off with the mafia, how is it that his name does not show up in either the FBI report Hoover prepared for the Warren Commission, or the voluminous Warren Commission Report itself-some over 800 (852-888) pages and myriad exhibits?
Many have defended the Warren Commission Report-that usually starts with an accusation that most have not bothered to read it-but it is not unlike listening to a debate where one of the pontificators has nothing worthwhile to say and takes their damn sweet time proving it.
The report is ponderous but failed to discover, disclose or report vital information that would have resulted in closer scrutiny of their conclusions. Such as Oswald’s close relationship with his Uncle Dutz Murret, who ran numbers and was a Marcello bookie. Oswald ran errands for him, often borrowing his car to drive out to Marcello’s restaurant to get or drop off cash as necessary. Not only wasn’t Marcello in the report, but there was no link established between Dutz and Marcello.
And the report went out of its way to prove that Oswald did not drive-which was a myth Oswald maintained that was in keeping with his profile of ineptness, buffoonery and ne’re do well status that he maintained in the world.
Just your typical ex-Marine who at 24 was not focused and somewhat of a lazy person unable to hold a job and never making enough to support his wife to the level she expected. A man who had been to Japan and Russia, spoke near fluent Russian-well enough that when his future wife first met him, she thought he was a Russian. A “kid” who the CIA sent to language school and both the CIA and FBI had on the payroll over the years, with the FBI issuing a 1099 that would not be released to the public for some 54 years.
Also, the CIA maintained a 201 file-a personnel file-the kind the military maintains on every person in uniform-on Oswald, and it is surprising the JFK fired former CIA head Allen Dulles never managed to bring that little tidbit up during all the discussions and so many pages in the Warren Commission that drilled into extremis, maximus, minutia, among us masquerading as detail and documentation for their pre-ordained conclusion.
In their report Oswald is a lone communist, Ruby acted to preclude the Kennedy family from going through the further pain of a trial-Ruby did not act because he got caught dipping into Marcello’s till at his club in an effort to pay off his IRS debts-Ruby is not gay like just about everybody believed who knew him-particularly the men he slept with-and he-despite frequent tales of violence, comfort around weapons, trips to Cuba where he was working on helping get Santos Trafficante Jr. out of jail for a time-but described as a vacation by Warren-was not mafia or mob affiliated: great job Brownie.
In part 2 I laid the blame directly on LBJ and J. Edgar Hoover as the responsible government officials who led and somewhat “masterminded” the coverup: although in describing the actions of these two scummy, lying, murder enabling civil servants, the term somewhat catches in the throat.
Facts matter, but not if they don’t show up: then they become folk lore and mere “conspiracy theories.” Carlos Marcello and the mob didn’t need any help to get the job done, not from LBJ, Hoover, the CIA, the military supporting the CIA, disgruntled Cubans looking for payback for the Bay of Pigs, Dallas PD-police on the take or blackmailed into compliance by Ruby for Marcello-nor Russia or Cuba: they just needed a mere scintilla-just a sniff or a whiff of potential useable leverage in the form of blackmail and the threat of disclosure of the involvement of the government-even the not so innocuous acts such as Hoover’s blind eye to the two distinct warnings he specifically and directly received by the topics of this series-that nobody would have to remind him to keep quiet about in the assassination aftermath.
Nor LBJ’s motivation in wanting to stay out of the limelight-out of jail-and in power as president.
Who was on the top of the JFK assassination conspiracy list? How about that “Tomato Salesman” Carlos Marcello, whose vast criminal enterprise was taking in over a billion dollars a year in the 1960s, who RFK in effect kidnapped out of the New Orleans immigration office he reported to monthly, whisking him to Guatemala and unceremoniously dumping him off with a representative with nothing but the clothes on their backs (and don’t confuse reporting facts with sympathy here. We say, “be careful what you wish for,” as RFK’s observation that in order to defeat the “mob, mafia, syndicate” the government would have to adopt their tactics, had “ramifications and repercussions.”
Sometimes the hunter becomes the hunted, the prey turns the tables, or the rules you don’t think you need to abide by get turned upon you and yours. RFK and brother JFK seemed to have forgotten how they came to acquire all that wealth in their family, or maybe they did not know about Giancana’s work to save their father from Frank Costello’s contract in 1959-or even the union work coordinated during the election of 1960 in Chicago and larger Illinois.
But their involvement with celebrities like Frank Sinatra and rubbing elbows with mafia supplied “stuff” like companionship, as well as the CIA continued inclusion of mob leaders in their Castro plots, such as the one scheduled to kick-off on 1 December 1963 with an assassination objective, while JFK made clear that the mob would not be allowed to return to their dominance in Cuba in the aftermath, all played a role in the events that transpired.
We often say payback is a (watch your mouth,) but just in case you are not aware, 22 Nov 1963 was ironically enough Marcello’s final immigration court hearing in New Orleans where he was to find out whether he would finally be deported for good. He was sitting in court awaiting his fate when the news came through about JFK.
Marcello not only had a billion motivations, and pent-up angst from being disrespected that he had to resolve to keep his status, but as the leader of the oldest mafia outfit in America-that did not exist according to law enforcement agencies-he was the only mafia family head who could undertake such an action-commission a contract-without first getting the approval of the Syndicate or other mob bosses.
I believe this is the part of the assassination conspiracy-and I mean the witting dupes that became patsies that provided cover for the Santos Trafficante Jr. led contract with his French Connection heroine traffickers from the Corsican mafia-on behalf of Marcello. A widespread and intentionally diffuse effort With Trafficante, Johnny Roselli on behalf of Giancana, with an initial small kick-in from Jimmy Hoffa (50K to Musfara to get the Cubans involved,) but a longer commitment of Teamster Union money as a loan promised to Marcello (~3M) to get RFK off not only Marcello’s, but also Hoffa’s butt, that was the primary-and successful-plot.
Ironically enough-all the rest were-and are conspiracy theories, as they were sleight-of-hand distractions that provided layers of confusing and conflicting information that in the final analysis answered the mail perfectly in terms of keeping loose ends loose. while reinforcing the easiest narrative of them all, Oswald the lone crazy communist.
I’ve mentioned in the first article parts why this is relevant today-but think of the faux pipe bombs from 6 January 2021. The signal event of the whole choreographed and well thought through scheme to embarrass Trump by infiltrating his rally, creating a violent overtone to one of his typical peaceful events, entrap Trump supporters and provide a narrative to undermine and impeach him again, remains unsolved because of government duplicity and an “ends justify the means” mentality by the FBI and congress and the Biden DOJ and DC court system.
Just answer two simple, straightforward questions to your satisfaction: how could the Dallas PD, FBI and/or Secret Service not have moved heaven and earth-thrown every available resource at-solving the mystery of the unidentified set of fingerprints in the Texas Book Depository Sniper’s Nest? That just happened to match a convicted murderer from Austin Texas-Travis County-3 hours or less as the crow flies from Dallas.
Hoover reportedly sent a team of like 80 agents to Dallas in the wake of the shooting, but his was an action in pursuit of evidence that needed to be corralled and taken back east to incorporate in the cover-up or to bury: a pursuit of the facts to kill the inconvenient.
Fast forward 58 years. Is there any potential criminal and borderline terrorist act during our lifetimes-other than Gulf of Tonkin, RFK, MLK, Malcolm X, Nixon, Waco, Ruby Ridge, Congressman Curt Weldon indictment three weeks prior to an election, Senator Ted Stevens indictment-conviction-dismissal that provided Obama the 60th vote for the Unaffordable Care Act, Fast and Furious, the IRS going after certain conservative groups, the Obama administration running a color revolution to overturn the duly elected government in Ukraine in late 2013-2014-creating a huge mess and festering pustule that is still leaking today, or the Michigan (Whitmer) FBI kidnapping operation, the Russia, Russia, Russia Pee Pee Hoax, COVID, the Seth Rich Murder, the 2020 election theft, the 6 January insurrection nonsense-just to name a few at the very least puzzling and conspiratorial stinky government related incidents-that can be amended with what I’ve begun referring to as mysteries of life that are-or should be-the furthest thing from it?
Like what? Hmmm, how about the leak of the supreme court abortion argument-like a fart on an elevator-if it’s not me-or you-then its them…. Or how many feds were paid and on duty during the insurrection-that should be a straightforward and auditable question and answer.
But back to my original and most ridiculous mystery, the Jan 6 FBI Pipe Bomber.
The main focus of this series is to call attention to the ease with which and the comfort level of our government in either simply making up lies or just not answering or responding with anything, citing legalize or national security or razz-a-mataz so they can hide the baloney from our representatives and us.
Sixty years of lies, falsehoods, coverups and distortions in the JFK assassination. With no sign of letting up and things getting worse by the day as people confuse political support and loyalty with looking the other way and ignoring lawlessness.
Eventually it is all the same and we find we’ve raised several generations of sheeple totally confused and in fact argumentative against the culture and values that separate us-America-from the beast…
