“Illegally Present.”

The feds have a new term for illegal aliens. But remember, they are only here to commit the crimes Americans won’t do.

Did I say that?

“Illegally Present,” the latest term ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) has for an illegal alien. Two “Illegally Presents” just murdered a 12-year-old girl in Houston. Thankfully they have not been released on recognizance (ROR) yet. While the DA has asked for a one-million-dollar bail, that is an outrage. In Texas, you can automatically deny bail for capital murder. If anyone deserves that, these two do.

So, what did these two future Democratic voters do you ask?

Capital murder charges filed against 2 Venezuelan men in the death of a 12-year-old girl in Houston

Jocelyn Nungaray was found in a creek after she disappeared during a walk to a convenience store.

Prosecutors filed capital murder charges Friday against two men suspected of killing a 12-year-old Houston girl whose body was found in a creek after she disappeared during a walk to a convenience store.

The charging documents filed in Harris County, Texas, court do not list attorneys who could speak on behalf of Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, both jailed in the death of Jocelyn Nungaray.

The girl’s body was found Monday in a shallow creek after police said she sneaked out of her nearby home the night before. The medical examiner has determined that her cause of death was strangulation.

Police arrested Martinez and Ramos, who investigators said were roommates, on Thursday. Police said surveillance video showed two men approaching Jocelyn before walking to a Houston convenience store with her. The three then walked together to a bridge where Jocelyn was killed, police said…

…The two men are Venezuelan nationals who entered the United States illegally in March, according to a statement Friday from the U.S. Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Martinez was arrested March 14 and Pena on March 28, both by U.S. Border Patrol near El Paso, Texas, about 670 miles (1078 kilometers) from Houston, the statement said. Both were then released with orders to appear in court at a later date. How they traveled to Houston has not been revealed.

Wait, ICE knew they entered the US “illegally” in March and did nothing like…deport them! They simply gave them a ticket and said, “See ya in five years…”

Oh, yea, right.

According to court documents filed Friday, the suspects allegedly lured the girl under a bridge and remained with her there for more than two hours. They allegedly took off her pants, tied her up and killed her before throwing her body in the bayou, a Harris County prosecutor wrote in a court filing.

Police said the results of a sexual assault exam on the victim are pending…

FYI, in Texas capital murder is murder (knowingly or intentionally taking someone’s life without justification), plus something else. Off the top of my head, three of the additionally qualifiers are present that make it a death penalty case. One, they murdered a juvenile between 10 and 15 years of age. Two, they obviously were keeping her from leaving (“They allegedly took off her pants, tied her up…”), we call that kidnapping. Three, as the article said, a sexual assault exam is pending. Safe assumption, these animals raped the child.

Now we’re glad to hear that ICE is ready to help. If Harris County can’t get a conviction (iffy these days) or a judge gives them a bond less than a used bicycle (slight sarcasm), they will put a hold on the “Dreamers.” Thanks guys. Kinda like that cop killer you let come in again, again, and again, and said you would put a hold on him after he’s charged with capital murder of a cop.

I’ve seen family members and friends bury their children, and it’s not a cliche. It’s something I would not wish on my worst enemy. There are no words for the nightmare the parents are going through, and there is nothing you can do to sooth that agony.

That being said, will it take the murder of a famous liberal or one of their family members to get them to do something about this wide-open border. It’s not like Biden stopped what Trump did to secure the border, he deliberately destroyed his work and said, “Come on in guys. We need the voters!”

Now let’s be honest, Dementia Joe is not feeling much these days. But I wonder, if he were functional (go with me here), would he feel supportive of the invasion he started if one of his grandchildren was raped and murdered by an illegal alien? Or if Hunter got some fentanyl in his crack and ODed, leaving him without someone to funnel the money to the “Big Guy.”

Cynical? No. Fentanyl killed just under 108,000 people in the US in 2022. In 2023, it was just over 112,000 people died, with “young people and people of color among the hardest hit.” Where is the outrage from the Squad on their voters dying from this poison from south of the border? Where is the OBAMA demanding action to secure the border from this flood of a drug more deadly than heroin?

Oh, wait, he’s actually making the decisions, so he’s insuring it continues. I wonder how Barrack would feel if one of his daughters died of an overdose. He would finally have to face the results of his decisions. I doubt he’s man enough to face that nightmare, not that he cares other Americans do so on a daily basis.

It’s going to take something like the child of a famous liberal ODing, or a well-known regressive woman being raped and killed to wake some of them up to what is going on the at border and in our major cities. Martha’s Vineyard was “swamped” by 50 illegal aliens, and they got them removed within two days. The governor activated 125 National Guardsmen to handle it. But it’s going to take a famous liberal loosing someone close to make them finally demand action be taken to stop this invasion at the southern border.

PS: There is a GoFundMe page set up to assist Jocelyn Nungaray’s family. Her mother, Alexis Nungaray, is going through a nightmare so human should endure. Please, donate what you can.

Many people who know me have called me by a slang term for the anus, and I’m being that right now by asking: who actually cares if more junkies die? Kensington in Philadelphia might be the worst example of a neighborhood gone completely to drugs and junkies, but it’s hardly the only one. The city is now adding police officers to that neighborhood, to haul in the homeless and the junkies, but what does that mean? It means taxpayer dollars being spent to house and treat these wastrels who did this to themselves!

At what point do we say, “Oh, well, too bad, but we’re not wasting anymore taxpayer dollars to save these people”? At what point do we realize that some, certainly not all, of the illegals are here to actually work for a living, and do, and are more valuable to the United States as a whole than the junkies?

So, 112,000 Americans died from fentanyl overdoses last year? Other than their families, who undoubtedly are suffering from the loss, do we really miss them? Should we really miss them?
