Jack Smith: Conspiracy Theorist

So-called “Special Counsel” Jack Smith has refiled his charges against Donald Trump. These charges have four parts… of which three are “conspiracy,” “conspiracy,” “conspiracy.”

Many of us have heard of that fanciful fiction novel, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. Well, move over fiction. We’ve got the real deal now.

I present to you… “Jack Smith: Conspiracy Theorist.”

True conservatives, Trump supporters, and any others not sucking down the establishment narratives have been told repeatedly, “you are a conspiracy theorist.” You believe some elections are rigged? Quiet, peasant! You think an injection created by Big Pharma is dangerous? Shut up, peon! You suggest that Big Food might be using dangerous chemicals on crops? What’s wrong with you, you conspiracy theorist!

Obviously, conspiracies only exist if you are the state. After all, how often do we hear of somebody being arrested and charged with some form of “conspiracy.” If you were in Washington, DC, on January 6, 2021, you could very well find yourself indicted with such.[1] Indeed, “conspiracy” is now arguably the go-to criminal charge pursued by the United States federal government.[2]

Consider this: “Legally, a Conspiracy exists when 2 or more persons join together and form an agreement to violate the law, and then act on that agreement.”[3] So, if you and a friend plan and then actually jaywalk together, you just engaged in a conspiracy. Yes, I know that sounds farfetched. But is it? After all, you and your friend just met the definition of conspiracy. All you need is anything a government could consider illegal at a given moment, and have you and a friend planning and then doing it together. And with the proliferation of laws and regulations on the books today, you could be doing something illegal with your buddies and not even know it.

Remember… ignorance of the law is no defense.

Even worse, in some cases you can be charged with conspiracy as a “crime of intent” even if you didn’t commit the actual offense.[4] Though much harder to prove, the state can bankrupt you merely by filing charges against you.

Perhaps you could pull a rabbit out of the hat by claiming, once charged, that you self-identify as a “non-conspirator.” I mean, if you can be a man and self-identify as a woman, why can’t you self-identify as a non-conspirator? If a man accused of sexually assaulting three little girls can claim he’s just a boy trapped in a man’s body, why can’t you do something similar if charged with conspiracy?[5]

But on a more serious note, we have to understand that government officials never conspire. No… they “plan.” Only you and I “conspire.” And that is why government officials can be conspiracy theorists par excellence. We are told repeatedly that those not accepting the so-called “mainstream narratives” are just conspiracy theorists. But Jack Smith? He’s allowed to be a conspiracy theorist.

Because unlike you… you peasant… good ol’ Jack works for the state.
