Time was running out. Hunter Biden’s sentencing hearing on the gun charge was scheduled for December 12th and, according to insiders, Hunter warned his dad that he would not go down alone. For months, Joe’s attorneys and Hunter’s attorneys have been negotiating the language to be contained in the pardon. Note: This pardon deals with far more than the two crimes for which Hunter has been prosecuted, illegal purchase of a firearm and five years of massive income tax evasion. Immediately after signing the most sweeping pardon ever signed by any president, Joe flew off to Angola.

For those offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024, including but not limited to all offenses charged or prosecuted (including any that have resulted in convictions) by Special Counsel David C. Weiss in Docket No. 1:23-cr-00061-MN in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and Docket No. 2:23-CR-00599-MCS-1 in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto signed my name and caused the Pardon to be recorded with the Department of Justice.

Done at the City of Washington this 1st day of December in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Twenty-four and of the Independence of the United States the Two Hundred and Forty-ninth.”

WHY DOES PARDON START 01/01/2014?

In the spring of 2014, shortly after President Obama assigned VP Joe Biden to be the point man for interactions with Ukraine, Hunter was “hired,” without any experience, as a $83,000 per month board member for the Ukraine oil company. All told, the Biden Crime Family racked in $6.5 million from Ukraine over the following three years. Thus, all Foreign Agent Registration Act violations and influence peddling crimes, as well as violations of the Mann Act, and ANY OTHER federal crimes, committed by Hunter will never be prosecuted. And, thus, Joe’s corruption will never be fully investigated and prosecuted, nor will other family members be prosecuted.

These eleven years also cover the lucrative and illegal deals wherein Joe, Hunter, James and their buddies got rich colluding with the Chinese Communist Party, Putin’s Russia, Romania and Kazakhstan, as well.
