My buddy Scott is still stomping around in the background. What is the bottom-line here in this tale of woe and intrigue that has left a huge and deep brown stain on the reputation of our intelligence community (IC) and exposed the flaws in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) for all to see?
The Army bottom line up front (BLUF) is that we have two former presidents who have entered the boresight of sedition or treason charges and we are going to find out if Benjamin Franklin’s adage that “we have a republic, if you can keep it” still rings true.
And-yes-I know-strong statements from a non-lawyer, often vitriolic somewhat rando article “spewer.”
Obama is untouchable, he is the wunderkind, it would take an act of congress showing the type of cajones from them and the court system that would be heretofore unprecedented, even if guilty, humma, humma, ding dong, thousand points of light, ain’t gonna happen.
And Biden is a declared officially harmless, sympathetic-some may say a pathetic- caricature of the energetic, lying, career politician who as recently as 2008 disqualified himself from the office of the presidency because he is a liar: habitual, perpetual, serial.
With Biden we will likely have to settle for having every fool who voted for him sit in the “timeout” chair in front of the mirror for one hour each day for 4 years and work to forgive that “dolt” staring back at you that ignored all the evidence to the contrary.
Hmmm, what if Trump had done this-any of this??????????
The real BLUF here is that the powers that be have everything they need-the equivalent of a “blue dress”-even better-but just short of a video of Obama, Biden and team looking into the camera and admitting they knew the Russia, Russia, Russia Pee Pee Hoax was just that-a hoax-to begin a grand jury or Special Counsel pursuant to charges of conspiracy to commit sedition or treason for all involved.
Despite recent polls showing the disturbing fact that some 60% of Americans still believe that Trump colluded with Russia and therefore stole the 2016 election from HRC, recent information releases have confirmed-without that scintilla of doubt that many politicians are fond of referencing-that the Obama Administration absolutely knew it was a hoax: and acted to amplify/sustain it.
Provable in government records and actions that establish first-hand knowledge among the principles-incontrovertible knowledge-that Obama and team knew it was an “operation” undertaken by the Hillary Rodham Clinton (HRC) presidential campaign in a desperate act to conduct a collusion effort supported by the entirety of the LSMBTGA to smear Trump and take attention off her illegal server and email problems.
It-the Jake Sullivan plan to conduct the Russia-Trump smear-approved by HRC-occurred-26 July 2016-at a time when Comey and crew had seemingly on 5 July 2016 tamped “it” (the HRC server/email problem) down just in time for President Obama to join HRC on the campaign trail in the Carolinas the same day, on the heels of the swamp seemingly “finally” extracting HRC from the email/server scandal.
She turned out to be a tough criminal to keep clean. But what the insiders likely already knew was that “it”-the HRC server/email problem-was about to get “untamped” and much worse with the Southern District of New York (SDNY) investigation of the “Wiener guy” where HRC emails were discovered on both former congressman Wiener and Huma Abedin’s laptops.
How would they have known about it at that early date? Preet Bharara, lawyer-SDNY, Chuck Schumer piezo, a man who reportedly colluded with Comey to undo the Bush era counter-terrorism legislation when Ashcroft was going under the knife. Knows how to do a solid for friends.
Which in my somewhat albeit feeble mind begged the question of what drove Brennan to brief the Obama “insiders” together at the end of July 2016 on what at the time was the somewhat nebulously attributed information that HRC was undertaking such a thing (Russia smear of Trump.) Although the above article repeats the lie that the CIA had discovered the Russians knew about it.
Well-hell yeah-cause as we now know-as reported in my article series-that Obama’s hand was forced by the Dutch (Netherlands) Counterintelligence report stemming from their penetration of the Russian effort to cyber-hack the Democratic National Committee (DNC,) where it was discovered that HRC was about to undertake such a scheme.
Now-again-I’m not the genius of the free world-but when you connect the dots from the actions that took place in July-Comey’s acquittal and usurpation of the DOJ authority on the investigation of HRC (5 July 2016,) the somewhat ambiguous or nebulous sourcing-at the time-of the evidence of the HRC strategy for the Trump Russia smear campaign, the briefing about said campaign to Obama-that we recently found out was necessitated by the Dutch Counterintelligence report, the slow rolling of the Obama directed Intelligence Community Investigation Referral (IC IR) which was directed at the July 2016 briefing to Obama and team but was not completed-delivered to the FBI until 6 September 2016, the briefing of Brennan to Reid and reportedly the “Gang of 8” in August 2016 where he briefed the complete opposite of the message emerging from the July 2016 briefing to Obama-namely that Putin was colluding on behalf of Trump, which prompted the always ready to involve himself in scummy election schemes Reid to send a letter to the FBI-Comey in late (26) August 2016 requesting him to aggressively pursue investigating this matter, followed by a 3 September 2016 request to Comey and the FBI from President Obama querying the status “of all ongoing FBI actions pertaining to the HRC email investigation”-again, at a time when the public believed it was no longer a thing: “dunzie.”
Followed by the receipt at the FBI of the IC IR on ~6 September 2016, which Comey would later pull a SGT Schultz on, commenting that he did not really recall it: it was not memorable to him. The only thing stranger is the fact that Comey was in the Obama meeting when it (Dutch reporting of the Russian surveillance of the HRC scheme) was discussed-and the IC IR was ordered to be done-by Obama.
So choirboy Comey was in a meeting where POTUS directed the IC to compile an IC IR to the FBI-him-to investigate HRC and he left the meeting and never undertook any action in that regard to execute the President’s directive: even after receiving the IC IR on 6 Sep 2016. Really?
Somewhat the IC or Team Obama variant of noblesse oblige, what Susan Rice would later characterize on 20 January 2017 as the “Orange Tsunami” swept over her world as “doing things by the book.”
A chain of events that set the predicate for the treasonous acts that followed, when you consider that all these shady and tawdry actions by team Obama were somewhat slimy, scummy, hardcore politics in the heat of a presidential election cycle where the US government was simply putting a thumb, hand, leg, body on the scale for the candidate they preferred.
Which is scummy and anti-Benjamin Franklin-like behavior. That should be exposed and result in shaming of these government employees from President Obama on down.
Where I believe it definitively crossed the line was when the election completed and we now had President-elect Trump.
From this point forward the actions that were tawdry, beneath the dignity of the office of the president and distasteful in the extreme, exposing the scummy underbelly of politics, crossed into sedition and/or treasonous behavior against a duly elected president.
Obama could have shut it down at this point: but his administration mostly doubled down on collusion against Trump. One of the biggest tells was the effort to get LTG Michael T. Flynn (US Army, Ret,) who Obama would later warn Trump about in the same breath as the maniac, missile spewing leader of North Korea.

Of all the gathering Trump administration figures Mike was singularly qualified to unravel all the shady, swampy traplines that constituted the whole of government effort against Trump that included the Five Eyes (e.g., Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, US) choregraphed by London Station (Haspel,) that was fueled by contrived and then expanded FISA efforts against Team Trump, particularly those who frequented Trump Tower (Trump, Trump family, Trump Transition Team, Paul Manafort, Flynn, Carter Page, etc.)
Team Obama spied on candidate Trump, President-Elect Trump and President Trump (oh, my panties!) The unfortunate full truth has only recently fully eked out into the public square after being shamelessly hidden by the deep state swamp for at least 9 years.
National Security Agency Director Adm Michael Rogers made an ad hoc visit to Trump Tower in Nov 2016, after which Team Trump moved lock, stock and barrel-and all electronic devices, terrestrial telephonic connectivity and IP services-to Bedminster, New Jersey. Clapper wanted Roger’s head for the “unauthorized visit” and the normally non-publicity seeking Rogers was suddenly pilloried by the LSMBTGA that all of a sudden revived Snowden references, when none of that occurred under his watch.
Quantitatively (and qualitatively) speaking there is no more damning evidence-fact pattern-than team Obama knowing-from the Dutch Counterintelligence report briefed to Team Obama in late July 2016 or so-that the entire HRC perpetrated hoax was just that: an election campaign effort to smear Trump.
You can follow the action going forward from when Comey finally secured the laptops from the SDNY-it took until October 2016-and then Comey had to do a rush job to inform congress and clear HRC in the waning shadows of the election cycle: Team Obama was more than all-in for HRC at this point.
Brennan was pot committed, likely so committed that he never considered his fate should this effort fail: it was Apollo-like, failure was not an option. Brennan-who served in Saudi Arabia and was proficient in Arabic-was Obama’s go-to “guy.” Besides-once HRC won and he slipped into the DNI position he was untouchable and would lead the clean-up on aisle 7.
He would have a say in all the civil serpent agency heads appointed in the IC. He may grow to regret his inability to keep track of his stories. The DI (Directorate of Intelligence) side of the CIA deals with intel, assessments and facts. While the DO (Directorate of Operations) are knuckle draggers schooled in hiding in the shadows, running operations, telling and maintaining a story. Perhaps Brennan confused himself and forgot his roots…
Desperate people do desperate things. Recent releases chronicle the disturbing action that the draft Presidential Daily Brief (PDB) material from 9 December 2016 reveals that nothing had changed with regard to Russia-Putin-interest in doing the same old nickel and dime propaganda influence efforts during US presidential elections: sniping at candidates, propagating a narrative, supporting rando communist and socialist candidates, funding small-scale social media influence campaigns, etc.: boiler plate ops.
What the report didn’t say was that Russia’s efforts had been any more successful than previous years, nor managed to change any votes or infiltrate any election systems (although there was a concerted, though feckless effort reportedly in Illinois.)
We now know that the 9 December 2016 PDB material was withdrawn as reported by Margot Cleveland in the Federalist and DNI Gabbard. We only know about the unusual circumstances-extraordinary drama in the staid and choreographed non-drama that typifies the PDB cycle-because of recent ODNI releases.
So, President Obama-in theory-did not get to see it-although that would be well-nigh unprecedented that the ODNI PDB Team had to “beg off” from providing a scheduled intel update to POTUS for a standing appointment: can you say plausible deniability boys n’ girls?
How crazy do we think our government operates? Do you believe that “somebody” would put on their big boy or girl panties, grab themselves by the equivalent of the “stack and swivel” and cancel a scheduled PDB briefing in furtherance of an “influence campaign” with no warning or explanation to the principal?
These folks were loose cannons and cowboys, but c’mon, man! The PDB is a product for one executive in our government. Anybody believe that this was happening without President Obama’s knowledge, consent and direction?
You know who would have been very surprised by that 9 Dec 2016 PDB? Relatively new PDB subscriber President-elect Trump. Particularly in light of the LSMBTGA articles of 9 December 2016 that hosed the public down with the opposite message to the PDB, the horror of how Putin-the Russians-had colluded with Trump and interfered in the 2016 election and basically ripped it out of HRC’s criminal grimy meat hooks in favor of Trump. From the above (one link above Margot Cleveland) piece:
The stench is even worse when you consider that, following President Obama’s December 9, 2016, meeting, corrupt members of the intelligence community immediately began feeding their partners in the press fake intel that Russia interfered in the presidential contest to help Donald Trump.
That PDB was “supposedly” never shown to the president and did not enter either the PDB Book or the “outside the book” material that routinely went to some 250 US government officials: although this would in reality represent a classic plausible deniability action on the part of the PDB Staff-ODNI-CIA-Staff, particularly when viewed in the hindsight of the next day’s contrarian “leaks.
The fact that the material is referenced as “PDB Book” tells you that significant effort-polishing-went into this draft, else it would not have been on track for the PDB.
With dissent from the FBI and the emerging strategy to delay the election interference PDB to coincide with the production of the IC ICA-with an impossibly short timeline, we enter the IC equivalent of the aroma of gas station sushi.
We now had that trigger action-that dot-that explains a lot in light of the clamor, clattering and smattering of the LSMBTGA propaganda barrage that occurred on 9 December 2016 when in spite of the withdrawn PDB material representing the IC’s homework compiled by the ODNI for the president, somebody colluded and spewed the opposite message in the press and on the talk shows to double-down on the Russia-Putin-Trump Orange Man Bad collusion hoax.
A reminiscent event to that of Brennan’s brief and admonition to Dirty Harry Reid, as well as McCain’s operation to leak the dossier to Buzzfeed at the McCain center.
That has all the hallmarks of an Team Obama, ODNI-Clapper-CIA-Brennan-or FBI-Comey (or all of them) operation to seize back the initiative on giving the Russia Collusion Hoax legs in advance of the upcoming thumb-on-the-scale IC ICA. This line from the 9 December 2016 propaganda hose down somewhat says it all:
These dissents, however, seemed foolish given the “consensus view” among the 17 intelligence agencies “that Russia’s goal here was to favor one candidate over the other, to help Trump get elected.”
If your first thought at this point is wondering out loud who knew it was a hoax at this point-9 December 2016-then I am wasting my time here.
What was the next shoe to drop after the 9 December 2016 scummy Russia-collusion hoax propaganda blast leaked by “somebody” like the IC to the LSMBTGA? This is the period where President Obama gave direction to the ODNI to undertake an Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) that was astoundingly not led by the ODNI National Intelligence Council (NIC) but tasked to be led by the CIA-Dir Brennan-and a small malleable team that uncharacteristically only included analysts from ODNI, CIA, FBI and NSA.
I’ve commented previously how these efforts almost always include all 17 ODNI intelligence elements, even if just for coordination: that is what makes it an “ICA,” and why serious efforts are typically led by the NIC. A typical “ICA” under the best of conditions takes at least 90 days. The terms of reference on the objectives can take a month to coordinate: Team Obama did not have a month.
The resulting compromised ICA gave detail to the lies that were published by the LSMBTGA on 9 December 2016. Emerging evidence indicates that even hard-core CIA seniors as well as NSA-the few who were consulted on the ICA-were lukewarm at best and aghast at worst that the CIA would place their reputation on the line for such a hasty, shoddily compiled, questionably sourced, trashy grocery-line style bum’s rush report as had ever been manufactured: strong condemnation to follow.
It took several years and the efforts of a number-dozens-of community experts on the topic of IC reporting and the path to the PDB to get the ODNI Staff reporting game up to speed and in-line with prevailing IC standards.
In fact the ODNI struggled to publish their vision of a web reporting vehicle called Intelligence Today, which was abandoned after several years because in truth the ODNI was not an original production reporting entity and simply was not in that business. The ODNI was a repackager or bundler-an aggregator in a community of more experienced aggregator’s like the standard set by the CIA wIRE.
This report made a mockery of such efforts.
Yet all the public heard for months on end was town crier-like propaganda about the ICA representing the “consensus of the 17 intel agencies” (he cried!) When we have known for a long time that NSA-no less than Director Adm Rogers himself-weighed-in to say the Russia collusion piece was thinly and differently sourced than the other judgements, and therefore of much less veracity-provenance or confidence than the other somewhat boiler-plate judgements that could have truthfully been written about any Russian influence attempts of this century or last.
When did the ICA receive broadcast exposure by Team Obama and the LSMBTGA to the people? 6 January 2017, following up continued leakage to the pliable LSMBTGA in the interim, a scant month to compile a steaming pile of donkey dung. Talk about just in time propaganda. Congress was undergoing their constitutional duties and witting dupes across the nation were spouting accusations of Putin-Russia interference for Trump that would cast a deep, dark shadow over his administration that polling indicates continues to this day.
The bottom line down the bottom to the question I earlier begged, to wit, why did team Biden allow the Mar-a-Lago raid to go forward: what were they looking for? I believe it was certainly any and all evidence related to Obama’s Blue Dress!
The congressional report done by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence-49 pages-that reported on most of the shenanigans. The Dutch Counterintelligence report that was the basis of the Brennan brief to Team Obama late July 2016 (note all principals were there-Clapper, Comey, Brennan, Rice, Yates.) The correspondence between Team Obama on the HRC server and email scandal and actions taken to deep six any charges. The Lynch-Clinton Phoenix tarmac choreography. The behind-the-scenes attempt to bury the emerging SDNY discovery of the Wiener and Huma Abedin laptops. Reid’s letter to Comey confirming Brennan was colluding against Trump: would he have done that without Obama knowledge/approval?
The somewhat peripheral action by Senator McCain to have his staff (David McKay) travel to London to get a copy of the Steele Dossier and then leak it at the McCain center in DC to a reporter from Buzzfeed, the firm that had a reporter involved in a “fling” with the Senate Select Committee On Intelligence Security Chief who would later be indicted and found guilty of leaking classified information (and receive a slap on the wrist.)
The emails related to the held back 9 Dec 2016 PDB and the choreographed IC ICA. Information related to the scheme to brief Team Obama on the Steele Dossier to establish the need to brief President-elect Trump on it, as the predicate and justification to give it legs sufficient for Clapper to leak it to his future bosses at CNN and for Buzzfeed to get it into the public eye. And-not mentioned earlier-the collusion between Comey and Brennan to get the Steele Dossier into the IC ICA-drawing the ire of senior CIA officials-and setting a near perjury trap for Brennan who would later maintain that the “Russia, Russia, Russia, Pee Pee Hoax collusion/Steel Dossier” was not included nor considered in the IC ICA judgements: he perjured himself in testimony to congress about that lie.
Many of us have insisted for at least 8 years now that by the time Mueller was appointed to get to the bottom of this Russia Pee Pee Hoax farce we already knew enough to stop it and declare defeat for the swamp, admit HRC culpability in a failed plot, advise everybody to go home: better luck next time.
That sedition and treason perpetuated throughout Trump’s term, continuing the undermining of the president. When Sussman revived the Alfa Bank hoax attempt against Trump in February 2017 by providing source materials to the CIA and restating his allegations, he presented ill-begotten evidence from the Eisenhower Executive building-presented as White House correspondence, traffic and emails-that he insisted validated the hoax he had earlier attempted to get DOJ to buy into. Sussman could no sooner be found guilty in the DC Swamp than his honor of “that Biatch set me up” fame Mayor of chocolate city Marion Berry.
What of the above acts constituted sedition or treason? Team Obama demonstrably knew-at the latest-in July 2016 with the emergence of the Dutch Counterintelligence report that the Russia collusion scheme was just that: an HRC election hoax. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt by assuming that relatively late date in the scheme of things.
What do you call it when a person or organization conspires to undermine the President of the United States using fabrication, lies, propaganda, use of the LSMBTGA in the conspiracy, knowingly lying about key facts, undermining the office of the presidency with the American people, friends and allies?
Team Obama conspired to undermine our election process and contravene the will of the people. They then committed and perpetuated seditious acts and treason against a sitting president.
It has taken a large and persistent “shovel” to dig out and compile the donkey dung trail of nonsense that Team Obama foisted on the American public to hide evidence of and avoid culpability for their actions. I think some type of Special Counsel, Master or National Security powered team is going to be necessary to get the facts laid out in context in order to make recommendations on the ramifications of this nonsense.
It is a serious and large enough effort to warrant the stature of something like the Presidents Intelligence Advisory Board-led by Devin Nunes who is very experienced in these matters, knows all the players and has been battle tested. He might find a ready and willing partner in Matt Gaetz.
I’m not confident that such a thing will happen. I do believe that even in the case of things like presidential immunity, statute of limitations and the “Nuremburg Defense” of people “just following orders,” our government owes it to the people who pay their salaries to come clean on all this nonsense and to lay it flat for all to see.
Nothing is obvious to the uniformed, but if I am one of the Team Obama principles at a meeting where it is discussed that Dutch Counterintelligence reported that HRC was undertaking a Putin-Trump collusion effort to smear Trump, any orders from that point on directing the principles to act contrary to that knowledge are unlawful/illegal directives that should not be followed: very awkward for Clapper, Brennan, Comey and crew’s defense.
The Supreme Court may have weighed in upon Presidential Immunity as pertains to official duties. What about non-official duties, politics and duplicitous acts to undermine political opponents? How about acts to undermine a president?
This can never be allowed to happen again if we are to honor Benjamin Franklin’s sage observation: A republic if you can keep it!
Finally, how could anyone hate Barrack Hussein Obama?
