The American republic began to fail when:
* Rights became special rights.
* Foreign aid resulted in entitlements.
* Government trying to be all things to all people.
* Ignoring our post WWII imperialistic opportunity, thus allowing nations we subsidized to now be in a position of power that threatens our existence.
* Weaponization of the legal system.
* Prison time becomes a badge of honor.
* The common enemy becomes the other political party.
* Public schools began teaching that what’s good about America – is what’s bad about America.
Conservatives tend to believe that the liberal mindset, building for the past 75-years, HAS caused the American Republic to completely and totally fail. They further believe the future, under Democrat leadership, WILL result in the nation hosting the battle between China and Islamic ideology. Republicans, however, accept the reality that under Trump it might be too late and the Republic MAY fail – but that Trump is the last chance to not only us to survive but thrive. A political head of state is merely the poster boy for the absurdity of government trying to control man who is trying to control government that is trying to control man.
