I am tired. I am disappointed. I am tired and disappointed. I do not want to write. I have nothing to say. The words escape me. There is no thread, there is nothing positive. I want to go back and caulk the molding I removed to put in a new floor. It takes time and attention to do it correctly; a time with nothing on my mind is a reprieve.
I realize that there are bad people in the world. I have known many selfish people, I have known people spirited by power and control, I have known associates that do not know how to tell the truth. I have known leaders who are corrupt, inept, stupid, naïve; while some were great at times.
I wonder if there is a difference between wearing masks in grade school today or suffering through drills, believing that a hiding under a desk could shield one from a nuclear blast. I sang for President Kennedy in an early morning reception, prior to him flying to Dallas. My mom then took me and my brothers to the route from downtown Fort Worth to Carswell AFB, so that we could wave at an unfaithful husband and his beautiful wife. Later that day, we knew something was wrong when we went back to church for a second time in the same day. But the Nation survived.
I have watched the Nation split in the late 1960’s over an undeclared war in a faraway land; we had to stop the spread of communism. Sadly, many in this Nation do not realize that another word for communism is socialism, and another word for socialism is progressivism. President Johnson took welfare to a new toxic level and micro-managed a war; he would not seek re-election, MLK and Bobby Kennedy were gunned down, but we survived.
President Nixon opened the doors to communist China and the EPA. I sang at his second inauguration. I met Bob Hope and had him sign the inside of my Naval Academy cover. It was a time of hope, the war was coming to an end. Half the country wanted to create new things, land on the moon, solve problems. The other half wanted sex, drugs and rock and roll. Two of the three were pretty good, but those wanting the basket of three became teachers, social workers, and lawyers. But we survived as a Nation.
Why did we need to change the greatest experiment in the history of man? The seeds had probably been sown years before; there were creases in the fabric, unlike those missing from many of the ballots this past election.
Nixon swore me in as an Officer, and then resigned; not because of me, but because he could not tell the truth. He was replaced by President Ford, an Eagle Scout and All-American football player from Michigan. My great aunt dated him years before, recalling that he was as dumb as a stone, and she was a Republican. And again, we survived.
Jimmy Carter was our first kinder and gentler President, a graduate of the Naval Academy. Soon, we had long gas lines, inflation out of bounds, and Americans held hostage by goat herders. I resigned my commission due to maximum sea time, extended tours, and decreased operating funds; the Nation survived.
For years I thought Carter was a nuclear-powered dude, same as me! That notion was eliminated by Captain Thomas Hudner, a Medal of Honor recipient who helped me in my campaign for Congress. Setting the record straight, he informed me that his classmate was a diesel boat guy, who after finishing his 5-year commitment was accepted into Nuclear School. Shortly after, his dad died, so Lt. Jimmy resigned and started turning peanuts.
I have witnessed inept politicians. In 1975, Congress realized the Soviets had more cruisers than we had, so Congress changed the designation of the Guided Missile Nuclear Powered Frigates to Guided Missile Nuclear Powered Cruisers. All the silverware, plates, plaques, hats, jackets, name plates, anything with DLGN-38 was collected just two months prior to commissioning. On a bright September day, we were commissioned the CGN-38. Congress solved the problem in an efficient and cost-effective means; suddenly America had more cruisers than the Russians. Inept, but again, we survived.
We elected President Reagan, an actor from the conservative state of California. He had the gift of gab, he made people feel better, he helped restore pride in the Nation, but the Nation was moving apart. One could tell by watching the lies in the Nation’s capital. After two terms, his vice-president came next. President Bush lied about taxes and he started a war. But what does one expect from a former CIA director? Due to the third-party candidate, Ross Perot who poured me the first legal beer served on Academy grounds as I was the ranking Midshipman from Texas, an Arkansas governor came next, and we survived.
Corruption had found a new norm, and it included President Clinton’s wife. Fake news started to protect him, lies were as frequent as the rising sun. But Americans wanted two-terms as the economy continued to grow. We were surviving.
George W Bush became President, completing only the second father-son team to reach those heights. America was attacked by radical Islamic extremists; and for two, maybe three days, it almost seemed as if America had returned, the patriotism and the prayers. But that faded quickly, there was money to be made. Was any of it for the betterment of the people? But we survived once again.
President Obama, our first half-white half-black non-natural born citizen president, was next; promising to fundamentally transform this Nation. He was quick to acknowledge any infraction between colors, proving to be more racist than the President Wilson or President Johnson.
The Nation voted for change, Donald Trump. They got what they asked for. Hate started, lies started, political parties attacking the very essence of this Nation, the split was real, the evidence overwhelming, many citizens wanted to overthrow the framework of this Nation. But President Trump was making America better, so biological warfare was cast upon the world, elevating Big Pharma to the ranks of heroes. And as a second measure, the largest voter fraud organization in the history of this Nation was orchestrated, resulting in the election of Sleepy Joe and Headboard Harris.
I have nothing to say. My life has seen the continued attack of the fabric of this Nation; there is an evil trying to remove a source of goodness. Our new President has made it worse, being enabled by his evil wife, the corrupt political leaders and elite bureaucrats of the progressive wings of the Democrats and the Republicans.
It is really hard to think. Will we survive? I am remodeling a bathroom, painting walls, and readying the home for sale. I must escape the insanity. Can we survive, only 3 years and 5 months left? It is so difficult to write.
The order of Presidential succession is breath taking – Biden, Harris, Pelosi, Leaky Lehey and Blinken. How can we survive? So many times, in my life I have realized that “this is the worst.” But none of those times measure up to today.
The human nature of Americans is survival against all odds. Usually, it is portrayed on the battlefield, but now it must rise from our hearts. We must ignore the federal level and concentrate on the State level, local level and most importantly, the home level.
I refuse to be a puppet for communist China. I refuse to give up my rights as an American citizen. I will survive and so will all Patriots in this Nation. We have the three tools to make that happen; God Almighty, our Founding Doctrine and our families.

Cheer up mate !
Defend the USA from these attacks from the Biden Junta transgressors. They must be removed and all who think like they do – “The USA has a malleable federal government designed to be controlled by whim alone while using its laws to bolster an overthrow of that system.”
Yes, local concerns are number one, but this latest attack on our country must be repulsed too. We are under an attack and an invasion. The invasion impacts many citizens too.
Make no mistake, there is a state of war in the USA and it has been started by Bush 2, Obama, Biden and all who support(ed) them. The war is real. I wish it were not, but truth is very visible to this observation. With Biden’s gang taking over the federal government, the truth of their war is in the open.
NOTE: It’s THEIR war which THEY started in 2016. Attacking a candidate and then a sitting President is treason as it is they who have initiated hostilities by force of arms. Arresting citizens with baseless claims by using armed force. Thus, we have treason.
How citizens counter and end this war will take some doing, but it must be won for us to live free.
Keep the faith. When Obama was at his worst the people spoke-and we discovered the problem was the swamp and professional politicians. When an antidote to that problem came in the form of the Bad Orange Man-they showed us who they really are-they exposed how they cheat and manipulate things to stay in power-and shame on us if we let them get away with it again going forward. America is a big ship that is difficult to turn-like the SR71 it takes time and space and deliberation. But this too shall pass and the emergence or restoration of government as an institution of and for the American people again-will take time but must be the focus like a patient recovering from a stroke or a drug or alcohol addiction. Some day we will look back on this and marvel that the left actually built and got away with a message of hate that was against the idea of restoring American greatness to benefit the world-which only created problems, criminality, rampant drug issues and emboldened dictators, charlatans, and selfish politicians in it to enrich themselves and their families-who don’t give two spits about America as long as they have access to the trough. Any who are not frightened or fearful of the current line of succession in American leadership are either not paying attention-or are corrupt.
One hopes the beast-being the American silent majority- has been awakened-but it takes a lot to motivate that element-and we have not seen the last of the election cheating…
