At least now, your finger is safe from gun legislation, because you’ve always been able to mimick a machine gun with a belt loop on your britches, with one finger through the belt loop and another on the trigger, both from the same hand while loosely supporting your semi automatic rifle. What the 5th Circuit taketh, the 5th Circuit giveth back. Interesting, eh?
It was reported by Yahoo News(some source), in December 15, 2021, that the 5th Circuit reinstated a previous ban on bump stocks after the 6th Circuit en banc ended in tie(8-8), then, a year later, the 5th Circuit decides, by a 13-3 margin in their en banc review that reversed their previous decision, saying that the matter should have been settled by Congress and not the President (Trump) through the use of an executive order. I’d say this had to do with the Bruen Decision being the subject matter that convinced the Court to get back to sanity, wouldn’t you?
Last night, while sipping some fruit tea and looking for anything interesting on the boob tube, I ran across this from Langely Outdoors and Armed Scholar, on Youtube and Rumble, both great sources for 2A news. At about the same time, I saw one clip that was about the state of Illinois going, as usual, off the deep end, passing an Assault Weapons Ban. I just add this for some comedy relief, since it had a picture of the portly Democrat governor JB Pritzker on the cover of the video. As usual, Youtube kinda lost the video Armed Scholar mad, so here’s Langley’s clip:
Yep, in the middle of the night. That’s what cowards do. Don’t worry, though, because this is going to get drop kicked to the Federal courts, and fast, since it us unconstitutional, and the typical Illinois way of screwing the entire state. I wonder why the rest of Illinois doesn’t just try to secede from Chicago? What is really interesting, and kind of shocking(not really), is all this happening after the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v Bruen made all this stuff unconstitutional.
New York’s Governor, Kathy Karen Hochul directly ignored the Supreme Court on that slap down and passed another law, right after the Bruen decision knocked their previous law on carrying arms. All that did was tick off the Supreme Court, and they have demanded a response from the State of New York about that, since the Court will very likely institute some drastic measures against those states that defy the Court’s decisions. Friends, we have a very friendly Supreme Court, when it comes to the Constitution, and especially the 2nd Amendment.
The Court has essentially stripped the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives(BATFE, ATF or minit mart agency, take your pick) of their regulation of the bump stock, the suppressor(Texas) and the frames and receivers rule. With all this defiance from the usual states, it is only a matter of time before the ATF will be neutered, and the Machine Gun Act of 1934 falls, which is the backbone for all gun control legislation.
The dominoes are lined up and waiting to fall. With the states and their gun grabbers, and this is one time I like gun grabbers because they don’t know when to quit, I’m just waiting to see Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice Samuel Alito gather the 6 Justices who see the Constitution as written, together for a game of Dominoes. We will all win when they play this game. I think even Justice Roberts finally sees the destruction the left is causing.
Took that girl 25 hours to make that domino setup, but it really represents, to me, all the efforts by the left to take our guns away, and the eventual downfall of all those laws, by one decision: Bruen.
It will happen! Fight against tyranny! Support those who fight for the 2nd Amendment.

I never cease to mavel at the sheer STUPIDITY (Do a YouTube search for ‘The Five Laws of Stupidity’) of individuals that are SWORN to “…support and defend The Constitution of The United States of America against ALL enemies, Foreign and Domestic…” and yet, become the very enemies of that Constitution that they have sworn to support and defend. Surely there is a special place in hell for such treacherous individuals.
No, they are NOT merely wrong. They are, in point of fact, EVIL and they prove this over and over and over again.
Stupid is just stupid. Doesn’t need five laws.
I’m curious which ones you are leveling your animosity at, just to make sure. Is it the ATF or Hochul, or perhaps the judges? I’d say most everyone I referenced in the article had to swear an oath, but you know leftists consider oaths as something they can cross fingers to break while taking them.
We are winning these battles. The left just doesn’t understand that, yet.
