What Happens Next?

Over the last couple years, gas prices went up, food prices went up, transportation prices went up, yada yada yada. Oh yeah, egg prices went up. That’s one that is a sign of things to come. Ask Bill Gates on his thoughts about food. While you’re at it, ask him about all that farm land he bought up. I’ll be curiously waiting to hear about that. I’ll be really interested to find out, what happens next.

Someone unleashed a pandemic on us, forced many to take a jab in the arm that, in the end, may kill as many as it was supposed to save. It seems we won’t have to wait too long to see how many die off because of that jab because people seem to just be dropping like flies, already. Look at the global increase in unexplained deaths. If you don’t believe me, ask the insurance companies. They keep track of stuff like that. Hey, just wait for the next pandemic. The enemy is going for the jugular, literally. I’ve seen reporting about upticks in diseases, like Ebola. Just wait until some lab in China weaponizes that. I can guarantee that one is on the lab schedule.

Then, this thing about the children and the thing that has invaded the education system to convince the innocents in society that it is normal for you to believe you are in the wrong body, and that you should do something about it. We have physicians who are more than willing to mutilate a child’s body, by adding or taking away body parts, or administer puberty blocking drugs, that are not reversible, which is the modern Malthusian way of controlling, or reducing a population. And, one could even say it is more sinister than simply aborting a baby from a pregnant mother, because it prevents the need to abort. Wow! Aren’t those killers getting creative?

The list of things already happening could go on and on, but there is only so much time to chronicle it. There comes a point where, if the only thing we can do to put the brakes on this evil garbage is to literally take out the garbage, that may end up happening. That may also not end up happening because of all the stuff that has made people complacent and cynical about the society and culture. Many have just given up. I almost understand why, but when I know that most everything that has been happening has been by usurpation of power, that means all of this becomes something called illegal acts. They are acts by people who think they know what’s best for you and I, or think they have the right to do these things to persuade you and I that this is the only way forward. We have the law on our side about everything that has been happening around us. Everything!

We kid ourselves by complaining about the latest bit of usurpation from the left, over things like picking winners and losers, in the food industry, through regulation. Much of that regulation isn’t even based or made by the legal process through Congress. I just picked the food industry because no one seems to see how food prices rise. It’s not because  the farmer is greedy. It is because the government distorts and moves the chairs around, through the use of health and safety, taxation, taxation, and more taxation.

Not just the one I picked out, but every bit of our economy is already controlled by the same processes; the bureaucracy. Bureaucracies, once created, only grow because no constraints are holding them back. Ideologies invade those bureaucracies and distort everything within their grasp. We see it in all sectors of our economy, and another of those bureaucracies is destroying our children; the education system. What I find curious is that almost every bit of this bureaucratic authority is outright illegal, and we just don’t seem to challenge it very well.

Congress creates bills that pass or fail through both bodies, get sent to the president to sign or veto. Seems like a good process to me, doesn’t it you? The problem comes from the lack of application of other checks and balances that the citizen has the right to use; the judiciary. Ron Paul was always screaming “Audit the Fed”, and he was right. It needs to be audited, and not by some press event at the entrance to Fort Knox, showing a bar of gold.

Gun control is being defeated by the courts, not just at the federal, but the state judiciary, also. I wonder why someone hasn’t tried to sue, in the federal courts to audit that Fed? Maybe they did and I missed that, but the idea is warranted, because the Fed is about as unconstitutional as gun control is, and we are winning the gun control fight. I think we will even see the National Firearms Act be decided as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. boy, will that be something! first thing I will do is go and buy a machine gun and just laugh at the gun grabbers while they cry.

We should be challenging all these regulations and policies that bureaucracies make, that some are even backed by laws passed by Congress, but are unconstitution by their nature, and those that are unconstitutional because they were just made up from thin air, like West Virginia v EPA, that decided that the EPA used the idea of Chevron Deference to change regulation to regulate the environment, which was crippling the coal and gas production in that state. Chevron Deference is the idea that the state is given a lot of leeway in making regulation that has any basis in logic and reason, and that the state is given that deference, regardless of how that affects people or areas. That made precedent that can be used to defeat a lot of other law and regulation.

When a bureaucracy starts to just make up law and regulation, without congressional and executive confirmation, signature or veto, it is breaking laws to do that. That West Virginia v EPA is beating gun control, so why not use it against the rest of the laws that are unconstitutional?

That’s just one question I ask. I have many more, but the real problem of government overreach can maybe be solved through the same mechanism that we are defeating gun control. Is the problem so big that that is not a solution? Maybe, because the depth and breadth of the problem may be insurmountable. But if you don’t try, the problem only gets worse, because of what happens next.

The left is constantly throwing everything it can to make government so big and unaffordable, and authoritarian, that whatever does come next, a pandemic, a war, a steadily decreasing and aging population, you can bet that if we don’t try the sane and legal way, the authoritarians will kill everything in their path, just to be our overlords.

Do we do something that determines what happens next, or sit back and do nothing? It ain’t over until we give up. We saw a taste of an improving economy in the previous administration. A heck of a taste. It took a weaponized bureaucracy and a Hell bent ideology to steal an election and make damned sure that every bit of it was erased. I want to have a say in what happens next, not some evil ideology that is on the course of destroying it all. Should be a no brainer
