State Supported Child Kidnapping; Star Chambers are Coming for Your Children

Amusing as it may be, that video is too true to be just funny. It is also alarming and disgusting. Two states, Washington and Minnesota, have already legalized the kidnapping and mutilation of children without parental consent or knowledge, and the courts have yet to do anything to stop it. How is that possible?
Since before this Republic was founded one thing that has been sacrosanct is the relationship between parents and their children. Almost to a fault parents were allowed to determine how their children would be raised, including what religion they would be instructed in, where and how they would be educated, when they would start dating, how they would be punished, and what behaviors would be acceptable if they were living in their parents’ home.
As my father would say: “My house, my rules.” The government’s role in the raising of children was confined to the sphere of public education, and that education was focused on “the three Rs; readin’, ritin’, and ‘rithemetic.” Starting with sex education, and then advocating for gay marriage, continuing through climate change fear mongering, school closures for COVID, the 1619 project, and now the LGBTQ+ agenda, schools have accelerated rapidly into the role of instructors in amorality and anti-religious zealots against traditional values, as well as proponents for the dissolution of the nuclear family.
The Pedophile-in-Chief, Joe Biden said recently, “There is no such thing as someone else’s child. Our nation’s children are all our children.” I am sure parents all over America were thrilled to know that Joe Biden has ownership rights to their kids. Given Biden’s track record of raising and abusing his own children, and his regular creepy behavior with everyone else’s kids, it would be hard to imagine a less comforting concept than being in a co-parenting arrangement with Pedo Joe. His own kids would probably be relieved to have a few million kids to help distract him from lavishing his attention on them. Unfortunately, Democrats across the country are taking the cue from their predatory President as the signal to go all out for the radical agenda he is espousing.
As usual, conservatives and the GOP have been caught on their back foot. They have been slow to protest and even slower to organize an effective resistance campaign against this assault on children and their families. Starting with gay marriage, the Left has continually positioned all their campaigns a being for the freedom, health and safety of all Americans.
Conservatives knew better, and the data all show that these initiatives have not improved the freedom, health or safety of Americans. Still, the leadership of the GOP, and even many conservative thought leaders, were cowed by the prospect of being labeled by a hostile left-wing media. The key word in that phrase is “Hostile”. If left-wing media hate conservatives and Republicans, why should GOP leaders and conservatives care what those media say about them. Frankly, almost anyone the New York Times hates is likely to be someone a conservative can love.
Here is the truth: if the GOP and conservatives cannot find a backbone to stand up to mutilators of children and the sate tyrants who are planning to kidnap them, then the GOP and conservatives may as well hand over the government of this country to the left permanently and burn the Constitution. This latest attack on the rights of all Americans is a gross violation of the Fourth Amendment right of freedom from unreasonable search and “seizure of persons or things”; the Fifth Amendment guarantee of due process; and the Sixth Amendment guarantee of a jury trial and the right to confront accusers.
These new laws in Washington and Minnesota amount to state sanctioned star chambers in which parents are secretly convicted and their children seized without any recourse. They have no opportunity to present their case, confront their accusers, know the charges against them, have a jury of their peers hear their case, or communicate with their own children.
This dictatorial gambit is naked tyranny being imposed on the most intimate relationship Americans have, their families. If conservatives and the GOP cannot muster the will to fight this battle with every resource at their disposal, then they have no right to lay claim to the freedoms that the Constitution enumerates. Freedom is not free, and anyone unwilling to fight for it does not deserve it. They are merely serfs waiting for their master to show up. Parents unwilling to fight for the well-being of their own children are craven, pathetic, and unworthy of their offspring. They are the death of America

THE SAME CAN BE SAID FOR THE POLITICAL PRISONERS BEING HELD IN THE DC JAIL. THEIR 4TH, 5TH AND 6TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED FOR THE PAST 2 AND 1/2 YEARS. MANY HAVE HAD THEIR FAMILIES THREATENED IF THEY DID NOT LPEAD GUILTY TO SOME FALSE CHARGES MADE UP BY THE DOJ’S ATTACK HACKS. MANY HAVE HAD MEDICAL TREATMENT WITH HELD, SOME HAVE BEEN DRIVEN TO SUICIDE SOME HAVE BEEN SENTENCE TO LONGER TERMS IN PRISONER THAN MURDERERS WITH CRIMINAL HISTORIES GOING BACK DECADES. DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS CAN BOTH BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS TRAVESTY OF OUR NATION.
