The Likely Most Important, Unknown Act Of President Trump’s First Day

On Day 1, President Trump stopped the politically motived persecution of a doctor trying to stop the mutilation of children as young as 11. Democrats wanted to send him to prison.

We must protect families, we must protect children, who have inalienable rights and should be loved, should be taken care of physically and mentally, and should not be brought into the world only to suffer.

Like millions, I was overjoyed (feel the joy Kamala) with the quick pace of President Donald Trump’s first hours in office. Withdrawing us from the Paris Climate Accord, reinstating “Remain in Mexico” for illegal aliens claiming asylum (see all the disappointed undocumented Democrats just below the border after the CBP One app was stopped), and ordering an end to “birth right” citizenship. An incredible number of actions in hours after assuming office.

Now I didn’t see this till a couple days afterwards, although I had heard of the matter before. This shows how much the Democratic Party is so concerned with children. The O’Biden “Justice” Department prosecuted a doctor who exposed mutilation of children at one of the greatest medical facilities the country. From National Review (emphasis mine).

Trump DOJ Drops Case Against Trans-Procedure Whistleblower at Texas Children’s Hospital

President Donald Trump’s Justice Department on Friday dropped the Biden administration’s criminal case against Dr. Ethan Haim, who blew the whistle on the transgender procedures being performed on minors at Texas Children’s Hospital in 2023.

On Monday, his first day back in the White House, Trump signed an executive order to end the previous administration’s weaponization of the federal government against perceived political opponents.

The Biden-era Justice Department accused the surgeon of violating the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) by releasing medical records to a journalist in an effort to expose that Texas Children’s had continued to perform trans procedures on minors after publicly announcing that it had stopped offering so-called gender-affirming care for children…

The Houston-based pediatric hospital announced it had stopped offering hormone treatments and trans surgeries for minors after Texas attorney general Ken Paxton issued a legal opinion categorizing such procedures as child abuse. But, as Haim revealed, the hospital continued to perform the procedures for months after it had announced otherwise by leaking redacted information.

In the time of prosecution from the Justice Department, Haim incurred over two-million in legal expenses and was looking at ten years prison time….

…Haim hopes the second Trump administration will dole out punishment to the Southern District of Texas prosecutors for putting him through the wringer. The practicing surgeon suggested they should be fired, disbarred, or arrested if they are found to have conspired with Texas Children’s or Baylor College to manufacture evidence against him…

Reviewing the case, in February 2022 Attorney General Paxton issued the legal opinion although Texas law did not specifically prohibit mutilation of children (who would even think we needed to spell that out), his office believed this was Child Abuse under the Texas Penal Code. Texas Children’s announced the next month they would suspend all “transgender” procedures (e.g., puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and surgeries), and Texas prohibited “gender affirming care” for children effective in September 2023.

Dr Haim leaked redacted records showing these procedures were still being done on children after Texas Children said they had suspended them, on children as young as 11. From the May 2023 article in City Journal (emphasis mine):

Richard Roberts…is listed in medical records as performing transgender medical procedures on minors at TCH. According to these records, Roberts has managed patients ranging in age from 12 to 17 years old for “gender identity” and “gender dysphoria,” with indications for “medication,” “testosterone levels,” “medicine refill,” and “specialty services.”

Despite the hospital’s statement that it had ceased these practices, Roberts has continued to manage a heavy caseload for “gender-affirming care,” including multiple patient visits in a single day last week for “gender dysphoria” and “gender identity,” and another for “HRT [hormone replacement therapy].”

Another doctor at Texas Children’s, a Harvard-trained surgeon and assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine named Kristy Rialon, has also been involved in conducting transgender surgical procedures on minors. The records indicate that Rialon inserted and removed “non-biodegradable drug delivery implant[s]” for “gender dysphoria in pediatric patient[s]” throughout 2022 and 2023—including one procedure on an 11-year-old “female-to-male transgender person,” listed in records for three days after the hospital had announced that it had stopped performing “gender-affirming care.”

The patients getting implants (or removals) from Rialon were 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 years old. Other medical records confirm that Rialon has administered the drug Supprelin LA, an implantable gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) medication that is one of the most commonly used drugs for blocking puberty in transgender-identified children.

I think these “doctors” should review some ethical codes. And hopefully are concerned enough to be consulting attorneys.

Attorney General Paxton, please tell us you are investigating these people for Child Abuse (and the “parents” for Child Neglect at least). The thought a child of 11 should be subject to mutilation at the permission of their parents is nothing short of obscene.

I am overjoyed (pardon the pun) Dr Haim is free for political persecution right now. I have donated to his legal defense fund and ask you to do the same. The fact he was actually prosecuted shows how badly our justice system has been corrupted by liberals in power, and how they need to be purged from any authority.

These “physicians” need to be tried from the crimes they committed against these children, imprisoned, and their medical credentials stripped. These “officers of the law” need to be prosecuted if possible, stripped of any legal credentials, and eliminated from any law enforcement position. All are undeserving any position of power. If they are held to account, others may be hesitant to engage in such depravity in the future.
