When our kids were little, they loved those “Where’s Waldo” picture books. Each page had a cartoon of thousands of people, going about their daily business. The object was to find Waldo amongst the masses. He was a tall goofy kid in a stocking cap, glasses, and red striped sweater.
I’ve been reminded of the game while watching the Trump show in Washington. Every photo has thousands of people. Some are protesting, others are crying, and most are just screaming for reasons they can’t explain. But among all those people, where’s Jimbo – Comey that is.
He seems to have gone to ground since the Donald’s election. The former FBI director who was instrumental in creating the colossal mess which his agency has become, is nowhere to be seen. His 6-foot 8-inch frame should stand out amongst all the suit clad “public servants” of D.C., shouldn’t he?
Just a few short years ago, the guy that tried to overturn an election and then lectured us about ethics was doing everything possible to draw attention. In fact, I couldn’t turn on the Commie News Network without being tortured by his whiny voice. But suddenly, all we hear from Jimbo is crickets. No more selfies of him standing tall amongst the redwood trees. No more tweets about answering to a higher calling. I can’t even seem to find that dork in jeans and hiking boots carrying a selfie stick anywhere in the photos of the Washington DC masses going about their daily loafing and looting.
Is some sudden affliction preventing Jimbo from sharing his wisdom with the harpies of The View. Has he contracted chronic flop sweats? Are TDS fueled night terrors preventing him from getting a good night’s sleep?
I suppose it’s possible that he finally accepted some advice from one of his lesser humans, which probably went something like: “Jimbo, quit poking the bear, keep your big mouth shut, and pray that nobody notices that you’re still wasting oxygen on this Earth.”
But try as he might to keep a low profile, there are a bunch of us that haven’t forgotten Jimbo. Hence, I’m still scouring the pictures looking for him. We remember that under his leadership the FBI
- Created an insurance policy to undermine our self-governance,
- Falsified court documents,
- Set perjury traps for Republican officials,
- Excused Democrat criminal activity,
- Surveilled a Republican campaign, and
- Generally made “equal justice under law” a sad joke.
Nor will we forget that as Jimbo extolled the professionalism and integrity of the FBI, he immortalized the phrase, “Congressman, I have no recollection of that.” That’s what passes for “expert witness testimony” from the seasoned leadership of the FBI.
Pam and Cash currently have their hands full trying to prevent more sabotage from all the oath breakers left behind by Jimbo. You know, those who are still carrying guns and badges while they raid the homes of people who pray outside abortion clinics. Perhaps when they resolve that crisis, our dynamic law enforcement duo will still have some time to address other self-righteous traitors, like Jimbo, who are all looking for hiding places now.
Maybe in another few months – after whistleblowers are elevated, and the corrupt are terminated – Pam and Cash will play “Where’s Jimbo.” The guy that helped turn the United States into a banana republic is still out there, lurking unnoticed at colleges and globalist confabs, waiting for a new administration to empower him.
I read the other day that retainer checks for Washington D.C. criminal defense attorneys are being written faster than Kamala can confuse an audience. Maybe Jimbo has found a chair in a lawyer’s office before the music stops. If so, he should listen carefully, shut his big mouth, and open his checkbook wide. I hear defending oneself against the federal government can get mighty expensive. I think I heard Micheal Flynn say something about that the other day.
Wait! Is that Carma I see standing behind that freakishly tall dude taking a selfie at Columbia University?
