The Criminal Conspiracy Of Barrack Hussein Obama.
I left off in Part 1 with the 3 August 2016 meeting where CIA Director and co-conspirator John Brennan (puzzlingly) briefed President and Team Obama on the discovered Hillary Rodham Clinton (HRC) planned Russia smear of Candidate Trump to take attention off her lingering server/email criminality-in spite of FBI Director Comey usurping DOJ authority by clearing her on 5 July 2016 and also shutting down the FBI investigation on 20 July in accommodation of the Democratic National Convention.
Maybe its just me but it is frankly shocking to know that the Obama administration bent over backwards to escort a criminal to the election using every means at the disposal of his administration, with a full body on the scales of justice.
It was also surprising from the standpoint that President Obama made the curious decision at that meeting-as one of the outcomes-to direct that an Intelligence Investigation Referral (IIR) be made to the FBI to investigate the HRC plan.
Surprising because it could simply have been directed to the FBI rep in attendance (e.g., look into this and report back,) but moreso because it created a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) event-a dot that belied all the caution taken up to this point in these matters where the DOJ and FBI were escorting HRC to the election-truly a “whole of administration effort”-and I won’t point out the irony that the purpose behind HRC’s illegal server in the first place was to do just that-avoid FOIAs at any cost.
The fact that it took over a month for the IC-under DNI Clapper-to produce such a request in a critical election period-at all deliberate speed-which was not reportedly received by the FBI until 6 September 2016, is astounding. I should point out that Comey was not in the 3 Aug 2016 meeting but was represented by Dep Dir McCabe, who was mired in his own kerfuffle where his wife was running for office and was the recipient of a political campaign donation from HRC bagman Terri McAuliffe-McCabe would soon be recused from the HRC effort.
I think the IIR execution delay in an otherwise routine task that should have been turned around in a day-maybe two-is what we call “playing the game” in the Army.
Also astounding is that later-when queried by congress about this referral-Comey described it as not memorable-he did not recall getting it-and did not recall any action taken about it. A Presidential-Obama-directed IIR!
Now that just might have been because in the heat of these tumultuous events, Comey formally opened the investigation into all things Trump-Crossfire Hurricane-on 31 July 2016. If we didn’t know better-but we do-this level of “winky, winky” coincidence would be indicting and conspiratorial. From the above Sperry piece:
Comey also knew about Clinton’s plan to manufacture a smear campaign against Trump, according to Durham. Yet on July 31, 2016, he approved the opening of the code-named “Crossfire Hurricane” espionage investigation of the Trump campaign for alleged—and since-disproven—collusion with Russia. Three months later, Comey even obtained a wiretap to spy on one of Trump’s campaign advisers, Carter Page, based almost entirely on the false allegations in the Clinton-funded Steele dossier.
Of course, we now know that the Carter FISA application was based on lies, with FBI’s Clinesmith failing to mention the little “matter” (these little matters accrue into big malfeasance over time) that Carter-a US Navy trained Russian linguist-was working in concert with the CIA on various matters concerning Russia.
In the midst of all the efforts emerging to clear HRC to appease Obama as a prerequisite before he would join her on the campaign trail-which-OBTW-planning for President Obama to attend would not-could not-be a last minute thing-since those events take weeks to plan-which I deign to point out at risk of insulting dear reader’s intelligence-and HRC scheming to slime Trump with a Russian Smear, with AG Lynch overlooking the HRC server scandal as a “matter,” undermining the FBI investigation by keeping the HRC campaign “apprised” of the pace of play, sycophant Comey pulls the trigger on going after Trump in a thinly veiled effort to torpedo his campaign to distract from the HRC server and email problems that were not going away.
Just exactly what one would expect in respecting his oath of office from such a dedicated federal government civilian servant-Comey-who has since somehow been elevated to someone who should be admired and venerated. Our dedicated leader of the FBI-the symbol of American justice.
He would not be the first, only, or last oath governed, well compensated government official who whiffed when it mattered in terms of his authority and responsibility when it came to matters with Donald J. Trump, aka, the “exposer.” Comey had done things like this before and it was at the very least a tendency to choke-to kowtow under pressure-but at worst a personality flaw that he apparently shared in common with his boss.
Coincidentally-but there aren’t any-Obama later requested on 2 September 2016 an FBI update on all matters ongoing with regard to the HRC email effort. Which can be viewed as another strange request creating another dot, given Comey’s usurpation of DOJ and seemingly initial clearance of HRC on 5 July 2016 and final clearance on ~20 July 2016 to remove any lingering doubts in the swamp in time for the Democratic National Convention.
The above Obama 2 September status request seemed strange given that Comey had basically done two clearance efforts by this point, until we discovered that the Southern District of New York law office-where former Schumer staffer Preet Bharara now worked-was beginning an effort that would become an increasingly bigger and bigger deal and stink as the FBI dragged its feet in the coming 6 weeks while Comey’s FBI failed to secure the Wiener and Huma Abedin laptops being processed by SDNY in a pedo case where it was discovered they contained several hundred thousands of HRC emails: oh, my!
Break-break in the action. Much like a decades ago watershed moment defined by a Blue Dress, it wasn’t until relatively recently that we discovered that the real reason for the urgent and puzzling 3 August 2016 CIA Brennan brief to Obama-the “why”- regarding the HRC approved Russian smear scheme-was that the Dutch-the Netherlands-Counterintelligence Service-had penetrated the Russian Cyber Operation “Cozy Bear” which focused on cyber operations against the Democratic National Committee, now led by HRC.
Among the-ahem-tidbits that were discovered and part of the Dutch report included the operation to undermine Bernie Sanders, the HRC approved Russia smear scheme idea, and the fact that AG Loretta Lynch was sharing DOJ information with her campaign about the ongoing case against HRC on her illegal server, making clear that nothing was going to be done to HRC and that the DOJ was busy putting “the matter” behind them to clear the way for the election.
Ironically enough given his later meddling, Comey was reportedly “disturbed” by Lynch’s unprofessional actions in this regard, which included a request to Comey to describe the ongoing illegal server investigation as a “matter” vice some investigative effort (all of which warrants a ha, haha, hahaha, given the eventual “solid” Comey did for Obama and HRC.)
Not to lead the witness by the nose (but come this way!) On the heels of the first mention of the fact that HRC was not using and did not have a government-.mil or .gov-State Department email address, which came up as early as the Benghazi Committee testimony where State Department spokesman Adm Kirby had informed the committee that “HRC did not have, nor use a State Department or government email address,” we discovered that the State Department had no information to share with the committee, but was checking into the “matter.” People soon became very curious about this “matter.”
That “bread crumb” went dormant for several years until the LSMBTGA reluctantly picked up on it, resulting in public scrutiny and the infamous response by President Obama that “he found out about it the same time we did, from the LSMBTGA.”
Which was as big and bold a lie as had ever been uttered by a President-a guilty government employee-to his bosses, right up there with “I did not have sex with that woman,” “read my lips, no new taxes,” and “if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor, if you like your plan, you can keep your plan, and every American is going to save $2500 a year on their premiums.” At least Clinton had what he considered a viable defense: in a football analogy, he was a receiver and therefore was not responsible for the pass (oh yes, he went there: apparently a victim of sexual abuse.)
The President of the United States does not just correspond via email with any John or Jill Q citizen who desire to message him. Accounts must be set up, in this case, he was exchanging emails with HRC through a pseudonym that he alone coordinated and established through the White House Communications Agency or the Secret Service.
Insinuating that he was not aware that these HRC emails were being exchanged on a commercial internet server that did not have a .gov or .mil address would be like having a bank account where money was coming in and disavowing knowledge of the account.
This may be a fairly obvious and indicting episode that exposes President Obama’s culpability in the HRC server coverup, but I personally believe this is minor compared to what he did next.
For any who are on the fence about-or convinced there is still something to this Russia Russia Russia Pee Pee Hoax and the Trump Putin collaboration-the best way to understand what a total farce and propaganda laden story this truly was, is by reviewing the dots that relate to the circumstances surrounding the draft Presidential Daily Briefing (PDB) of 8 December 2016 that was going final for the 9 December 2016 PDB.
The bottom line up front is that the IC produced the planned 9 Dec 2016 PDB through the normal, somewhat dogmatic and whirlwind process followed for every PDB that came before it (which I will get into in a bit.)
For every topic of interest prepared for the PDB and just like in election years past, the IC puts together an intelligence product that describes foreign attempts to influence US elections and has been doing so for decades and decades.
Somewhat larger IC topics such as an election where it takes some time for IC agency subject matter experts (SME) to gather, sort and assess/analyze information that is briefed through channels in preparation for the PDB team, there is typically a series of PDB products to provide the analysis in stages. Not every intel or IC member has a contribution to make to an election product.
These follow a typical sequence and cycle in terms of a preliminary report at the 100K foot level with emerging observations and information that bears further study, an update within ten days to two weeks at the 10K foot level with emerging results and areas of interest under analysis, followed by a complete report maybe a month or so after the fact focused on the typical bad actors that routinely make runs at our election process.
The 9 December 2016 PDB was on track to meet that IC timetable but ran afoul of the issue that I and others have maintained was the primary fear many of us had with the DNI structure in the first place that was a carry over from the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) legacy, and that is the potential for the IC to be pressured by the President or the administration on his behalf into producing political intelligence.
