Vote “No” between now and November 3, 2026 to stop the Amendments Scam. The ballot questions aren’t the same words as the actual Amendments. So, the ballots are warm fuzzy bait and the proposed Amendments are the cold, rotting switch. It’s the biggest bait and switch in Virginia history.
And, there’s no media – no dutiful, truth-seeking Fourth Estate in print or video to expose the scam. There may be a Conservative silo on a talk radio program. Some Conservative groups and individuals like Virginia Family Foundation and Former Congressman Bob Good are out and about speaking the truth to power.
Another group for voter information and education sends Liberty University Associate Professor of Law, Phill Kline out to explain the legal web of deceit the Democrats’ spun. The legal downstream ramifications these Amendments promise are truly terrible.
Even more so, they are actually evil.
I don’t use that word lightly. Morality isn’t the primary focus for most of politics. But, on this occasion, the political output of passing these scam Amendments promises truly evil outcomes.
Furthermore, the three amendments to the Virginia Constitution don’t rise to the level of Constitutional amendments. They could fit as laws in the Code of Virginia.
Regardless of their proper legal placement, they should be rejected on their lack of merit.
They are sold falsely as harmless, but just. On the contrary, the amendments are an unprecedented assault on our Virginia Constitution and an exercise in Cultural Marxist experimentation – by adding undefined terms for courts to make up the answers. The three amendments are a scam like the shameful gerrymandering amendment – which was struck down by the Virginia Supreme Court.
None of the amendments do what the apologists say they do. Their legal language makes them do much more – beyond Supreme Court decisions, federal law, and all other state laws. Each amendment has language which opens up the Code of Virginia to judicial tinkering, tyranny, and injustice.
Court cases across America show the bad way forward if these amendments pass. The legal precedents are confusing to most citizens, but clearly light the path for Cultural Marxists to march boldly through Virginia courts to destroy Virginia’s Constitutional protections for citizens, business, schools, and churches.
The amendments don’t rise to the level of a Constitutional amendment.
The Extreme Abortion Amendment protects child rapists, sex traffickers, and abortion clinics. It permanently victimizes young girls. It violates family authority and ends parental rights. It will be used to attack Free Speech, Freedom of Religion, and the Family.
The Destroy Marriage Amendment adds the undefined term “gender” to the Virginia Constitution. Court case after case proves the weasel words in the legislation are intended to go far beyond the limit of “same sex” marriage. New legal standing will be used against the family, Freedom of Speech and Religion.
The Destroy Voter Integrity Amendment is all about challenging voter integrity and accountability. It’s cynically offered as a relief for felons to promote race-based voting. It’s legal language opens the door to challenge every Virginia election law.
Vote NO on the three Voting Questions (Amendments) on November 3, 2026.
