The Ramifications For Doing The Right Thing In A Corrupt State: What Is A Whistle Blower?
This is the intro of an article series that has mostly timed off our website. I’m going to repost those articles with introductions to explain the purpose of the article and where it fits in the “movie.”
Former Mesa County Colorado Elections Clerk Tina Peters was recently pardoned by President Trump, which will continue the exposure of just how corrupt Colorado officials are who have refused to investigate 2020 election anomalies that she shined a bright light on.
A somewhat dispassionate view of Ms. Peter’s problem in this whole affair is likely her belief and faith in the system that subsequently failed her and the fact that she did not declare as a whistleblower and seek federal protection under the whistleblower program/statute from the get go. The state took jurisdiction in her trial, but the matter concerns a federal election.
What were the chances of the Feds-under President Biden-processing a claim for whistle blower status? I’m not a lawyer but common sense tells me that much like a whistle blower in a federal agency who reports matters to an external agency inspector general to avoid retribution, Tina Peters has a strong case-still-to petition DOJ to invoke federal whistle blower statute protection when Colorado officials refuse to release her.
This would also-or should correspond-with the FBI impounding all record data files in her case-which should come under the category of state retribution to protect the guilty-as well as the forensic audit analysis associated with the election files at the heart of the alleged criminality.
The above seems logical to me because the anomalies found in the forensic audit relate to a federal election. Of course, the red herring or canard in Tina’s trial was that federal and state election security compromise was interpreted as her supposed unauthorized copying and therefore compromise of election related data and files.
My assumption here (which is never good, because, you know) is that you picked up on that not-so-subtle phrase “forensic audit,” an important action that is the only way you can get to the bottom of election anomalies.
Election anomalies of the type we are talking about is a polite term for cheating-election cheating. This article provides much of the back story on what happened to Tina to get up to speed on the issues. A good question is “if Tina Peters has evidence of cheating or fraud in an election, why did the court find her guilty and send her to jail?” And the answer is that in America in the 21st century where the Stasi State goes after you, they find and fix the crime they need to fit the man or woman and often times it has nothing to do with the facts or merits of the case and everything to do with lawfare.
The court never considered or looked at any forensic evidence: it was all about her alleged illegal actions, not “theirs.”
Think LTG (USA, Ret) Michael Flynn (The Railroading of Michael Flynn,) whom President Obama warned President Trump about in the same breath as Kim Jung Un, the Rocket Man of North Korea. Flynn was railroaded-charged with talking about “sanctions” with the Russians-when the FBI had the tape and transcripts of the call all along that proved that the word sanctions was never used.
He was also charged with failing to register as a foreign agent under FARA (foreign agent registration act) when he was never a foreign agent in consideration of the legal definition. Flynn was a huge threat to Obama and his deep state henchman because he was the only person within President Elect Trump’s inner circle with the intelligence community “chops” who would know where to look to find things like the Dutch Counterintelligence Report about the Russia, Russia, Russia Pee Pee Hoax. And the 8 December 2016 Presidential Daily Briefing that was poop canned in favor of the Obama tailored version that begat the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) with the preferred narrative.
You don’t have to be a genius to connect the dots on Flynn’s railroading by the FBI, with DOJ eventually invoking the possibility of indicting his son to get him to plead. The “dots” I’m referring to concern Obama-Clapper and Brennan-cancellation of the 8 Dec Presidential Daily Briefing that had the inconvenient message that Russia election interference was negligible and was generic-not intended to help Trump.
While the Obama National Security Council meeting strategy developed on 9 Dec 2016 was: leaked to the press, accused and confirmed Russia election interference in favor of Trump, and initiated the ICA that would be used as a justification to sanction and expel Russian diplomats.
Which was fake and false and contrived and later finessed by the FBI to go after Flynn, acting in his role as the nominee for Trump National Security Advisor.
The Flynn railroading was enabled by the Obama scheme to blame the Russians to undermine and press the lawfare effort against Trump that would later “catapult” the Russian Pee Pee/Collusion Hoax into the public view.
Flynn was railroaded just like those “insurrectionists” who got to the Capitol after the lightweight security fence was torn down by inside baseball action by actors like Ray Epps. They were allowed in the building like tourists, only to be charged for trespassing in a restricted area based on the signage on the security fences that were no longer there that they never saw.
Cutting to the chase, what evidence did Tina Peters have about mischief-fraud-in Colorado based elections? And why hasn’t it made the national news? Are you kidding me, bro? Did you really think the LSMBTGA was going to report on the election anomalies discovered in the forensic audit of Mesa County, when the narrative talking point of the day is that Tina Peters “stole” and compromised those data-which is the basis for her charges and subsequent jail time? The LSMBTGA, Colorado officials and many republicans have been treating Tina like a bank robber.
The Gateway Pundit (reference above) extensively reported on the forensic audit and there is a very good, detailed run down by Emerald Robinson of what was found. There were five key findings:
1. Creation of multiple databases: The Mesa County voting system server should have had three databases in its election project for each election. But in Mesa County’s system, two additional databases were found for two separate elections.
2. There was a shadow database created and the votes that the shadow database counted were not identical to votes in the authorized database.
3. The shadow database compiled partial voting records in such a way as to make post-election authentication impossible.
4. The shadow database was created and manipulated inside the Mesa County election system so that Mesa County officials were unaware of any illegal activity.
5. Illegal certification of Colorado electronic voting systems: Because the electronic voting system in Mesa County, Colorado was not only vulnerable and exposed to manipulation, including the systematic destruction of election records, and proof of actual manipulation, the voting system could not possibly have met the requirements of the Federal Voting System Standards mandated by Colorado statute.

CONCLUSIONS 1. Unauthorized creation of new Tabulation and Adjudication databases occurred during the counting of the November 2020 General Election, along with the selective copying of batch and ballot records from the original databases to the new ones. This manipulation places all 25,913 initial ballots counted into a state where they cannot be validated – some because it is possible that their vote information was changed, and unverifiable that it was not, and the rest because their “chain of evidence” has been intentionally obfuscated. Even if the count and content of ballot images match the numbers and counts reported by the database, there is no method to validate those ballot images due to missing “.sha” files, which are intended to provide such validation.
How we got to this point in the story is instructive. The issue of anomalous and strange results in Colorado elections did not start with Tina Peters. I first wrote about Colorado stinky gas station Sushi-like election details shortly after I sent my first AFNN article down range starting in June 2021 or so.
I released a number of articles in the ensuing year or so detailing the environment, anomalies and suspicious goings on. Those articles do not deal with Tina Peters from the standpoint that she was not in the news during this period, as she was working behind the scenes to figure out what was going on.
She would later go public with the issues when it became clear that Colorado officials were not interested in getting to the bottom of the issues, problems and anomalies: and neither was the fractured and dysfunctional Colorado Republican Party.
The framing of the election issues is complicated in my mind because of the sophistication of the modern-day election tabulation machines. They slice, they dice, they chop-they are the proverbial Ginsu Knives of our time. They are far more sophisticated than mere Xerox copiers or money counting machines.
For that reason, it struck me that at risk of somewhat sneaking up on the topic and burying the lede, that it would be a disservice to dear reader to jump into this story without doing some type of introduction to provide background information to explain how advanced modern computing applications have become.
There are several somewhat complex features of the actual election cheating that has gone on since the likely first toe-in-the water effort conducted potentially as early as 2012 in the Obama versus Romney Presidential election. What marks or characterizes this brand of cheating within computer analytic processes, vice the standard fare sweat shop, generate fake ballots effort, is the major characteristic that it is done much more like financial fraud. Somewhat like adding a rounding up or down of all transactions and taking it off the top-or bottom-to an account that goes to an account that goes to wherever.
A tell in this regard is when fractional or decimal point reported results leak into the news. How can we get a fraction of a vote?
Only in this case the machines can perform all the actions necessary within the confines of their data base capability (Microsoft Sequel Server) with only those with access to the operating or system control dashboard being the wiser. These machines do not operate or perform independent of human control, but they can be clones or slaves that are directed to take action as part of an enclave controlled by a central node or master.
There were a number of events that combined to culminate in these systems taking a prominent place in the conduct and outcome of elections that will be covered next.
