We must face reality head on. We are on the precipice of tyranny. And we have a simple choice. We can choose to use our ballot to retain our freedoms, or we can defer, and be forced into using the bullet to gain them back. To inform us of that choice we must look at our recent history, and our nation’s history.
In recent decades, under Democrats, we’ve seen a slow but sure march to subvert and destroy America from within. We saw the lockdowns, forced vaccinations, cancel culture, and mob mentality used to intimidate, assault, and attack Americans for exercising their constitutional rights. We also saw the abhorrent disregard of civil and constitutional rights in the prosecution of hundreds of peaceful protestors in a staged event on 6 January. We saw the blatant disregard in applying those same laws against those who participated in the so-called “summer of love” riots, arsons, and murders in 2020 where few if any of the radicals and revolutionaries who destroyed over $2 billion in property and businesses were ever held accountable. We saw the lawfare, weaponization of government against parents and conservatives via illegal searches, illegal labeling, and use of felonious warrants. We saw President Biden blanket pardon his whole family for their corruption with China, Iran, Russia, and others, along pardoning a litany of willing accomplices who weaponized our government against the people.
We saw four years of an unprecedented coup attempt against President Trump and his administration, followed by numerous sham investigations, based on fraudulent and felonious applications of the law, by a corrupt IC, DOS, FBI, and DOJ. The insurance policy that Peter Strzok spoke about was put into action. The ensuing two Stalinist show trials, called impeachment, exemplified the extent to which the Democrats and the left would go to in order to usurp the will of the people in their effort to remove Donald Trump from office. These actions resulted in the unprecedented firing of dozens of FBI agents and DOJ personnel. The accountability continues…as it remains woefully incomplete.
These dystopian actions by Democrats are not by accident, but taken with malice of forethought, in a war few Americans understand, a #CognitiveWar by the enemies within who seek absolute power.
The elections of 2016 and 2024 upset their subversion of America. The current red-green alliance, the dystopian policies being pushed forth, and the extreme leftist radical revolutionary candidates welcomed into the “big tent” of the Democratic Party are all part of the same cabal. The disruption of 2016 led to the 2020 riots, lawfare, and chaos. The disruption in 2024 led to the increased violent and hateful rhetoric to dehumanize conservatives, inciting assassinations, assaults/murders of innocents, and as reported by the DataRepublican, uncovering of an elaborate plan involving radical left-wing activists, former government officials, and a possible constitutional showdown with President Trump after the midterms.”[1] The intent is to create the crises necessary to foster an all-out revolution to advance the radical lefts quest for absolute power.
Such actions need to be proactively addressed, as they are illegal!
- 18 U.S.C., § 2383, Rebellion or insurrection…Prohibits inciting, setting in motion, assisting, or engaging in a rebellion or insurrection against U.S. authority or its laws, as well as giving aid or comfort to one.
- 18 U.S.C., § 2384, Seditious conspiracy…Applies when two or more people conspire to use force to overthrow or destroy the U.S. government, oppose its authority, levy war against it, or forcibly obstruct the execution of federal law, among other specified conduct.
- 18 U.S.C. § 2381 — Treason: Addresses levying war against the United States or adhering to its enemies and giving them aid and comfort, as defined by the statute.
If an event like the DataRepublican reports unfolds, much like the 2020 riots, and governors or judges refuse to uphold their oaths of office, protect vice prosecute those conducting such illegal activities, there can and must be consequences. Accountability of governors or judges in supporting such an event is critical. For example:
If a governor knowingly refuses to enforce the law, their potential liability depends on the nature of the refusal and the governor’s legal authority. Possible consequences include:
- Removal from office: State constitutions generally establish impeachment procedures and may provide other methods of removal. The applicable grounds and process depend on the state.
- Criminal prosecution: A governor may be prosecuted if evidence establishes that the governor personally committed a crime—for example, bribery, obstruction of justice, or participation in a criminal conspiracy. Simply exercising prosecutorial discretion or declining to deploy state resources is not automatically criminal.
- Federal prosecution: If the governor’s own conduct satisfies the elements of a federal crime, state office does not categorically shield the governor from prosecution.
If a judge knowingly refuses to apply the law…despite having judicial independence…does not mean they are above the law. The consequences include:
- Removal: Federal judges may be impeached by the House of Representatives and removed following conviction by the Senate. State judges are subject to the applicable state’s removal, impeachment, and judicial-discipline procedures.
- Appeal or reversal: If a judge misapplies the law, an appellate court may reverse the decision. A legal error alone does not necessarily establish misconduct.
- Disciplinary action: Judicial conduct may be investigated under the relevant judicial discipline system.
- Criminal prosecution: A judge can potentially face criminal charges for independently criminal conduct, such as bribery or a qualifying obstruction offense. An unpopular ruling or an erroneous interpretation of law, standing alone, is not sufficient.
In both cases, Governors, or Judges, if they are found to be participating in a conspiracy related to insurrection, sedition, etc., they can and should be prosecuted.
Americans must realize we are on the precipice of moving from freedom to tyranny. An event that could alter the course of America’s history for centuries. The upcoming elections in 2026 and 2028 will decide if our country returns to a form of tyranny or sustains our current freedoms. Tyranny is possible, as the enemies within have already shown their willingness to fully abuse their authorities and warp interpretations of the law to subjugate, control, and silence any opposition. We need only look at the election in Brazil, or the riots and chaos now occurring across Europe, to see the impact of similar tactics used by radicals and revolutionaries globally.
America must honor our founders. We must emulate them in courage, conviction, faith, and dedication to freedom. They fought a bloody revolution via bullets to secure a nation of freedom and opportunity and provide us a peaceful means to secure those freedoms via the peaceful use of ballots.
We must address head on the radical left Democrats’ deceit, lies, and hate for such peaceful methods is exemplified by their enabling an invasion of 20 million illegals, the assassinations or attempts, lawfare, censorship, ignoring the murderers of innocents by illegals, threatening jail to any opposition, and weaponizing government against the people.
We are at the precipice of tyranny. The tyranny delayed in 2016, advanced in 2020, and again slowed in 2024. Understanding their quest for tyranny is now exposed, the radical left Democrats now openly seeks absolute power at any cost, by any means – there are no boundaries.
This is not politics; this is the bloodsport for absolute power. This is no longer hypothetical; it is a clear and present danger to the survival of our republic, as we see reporting of groups planning riots and a potential insurrection ahead of the 2026 elections.
Which is why I wrote my first book The Cognitive War: Why We are Losing and How We can Win, to detail what cognitive war is, and predict what we are now seeing, and warn America and the world of the ways, means, and tactics used in this war. But because the warnings laid out in that book have not been heeded, I have authored a new book, The Democrats Blood 🩸Revolution- The Cognitive War II, to expose the underlying the underlying strategy of the Democrats to subvert America from within. It will be out this winter, after a mandatory review.[2]
Democrats have been projecting their fraudulent and violent actions onto Republicans, to include stating they believe Republicans plan to upset or deny the 2026 election elections. Really? Who enabled an invasion of 20 million illegals, voted down the SAVE Act, and refuses to require voter id, or work with the federal government to clean up voter roles? Answer: Democrats.
Democrats understand if they do not win the house or the senate, it would be a setback, a significant setback, in their quest for absolute power. So, to ensure their effort does not stall, I assess they will implement and proceed with massive riots and a potential insurrection across the United States. We have already seen the riots and demonstrations funded and supported by our adversaries in China, Russia, and Iran.
My fellow Americans, we are at a true precipice between Tyranny and Freedom. The elections of 2026 and 2028 will determine if we fall over the precipice of freedom into hell of tyranny. If the radical left succeeds, we will see tyranny on a level that bypasses anything you’ve seen in Venezuela, Iran, China, Cuba, or Russia. If conservative win, the majority in both houses and the presidency in 2026 and 2028, we must still prepare, plan for, and expect the radical left to advance their blood revolution.
If you do not agree with my assessment, one only needs to look at who the Democrat’s heroes are. They include a legion of antisemites, racists, felons, murderers, illegals, and extreme leftists who do not offer policy solutions but threaten jail to the opposition, return to open borders, support removal of children from their parents to transition minors, and forced indoctrination via our schools. Their platform and objectives are not to advance our constitution but to destroy it.
The choice is yours. You can stop insanity via ballots. Or you can vote for Democrats, then realize the only way to stop tyranny, is likely via bullets. Which is why Democrats are hell bent on stacking SCOTUS – to end free speech (any opposition will be illegal), and end your 2nd amendment rights (so, like Iran, China, Cuba, they can just kill you). Removing those rights, would remove our ability to stop tyranny. Fiction? No, historical fact.
Vote to keep America. Or watch as tyranny takes hold. History forgotten is hell revisited. Never forget – our founding fathers had to choose bullets, to get us to the ballot! We must remain true to the actions taken in declaring our independence over 250 years ago:
“That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government…”

In closing, we must take four immediate steps:
- Vote! – Use the ballot and freedoms bestowed on us by our founding fathers to keep peace, freedom, and stop the progression of tyranny.
- Identify and disrupt any unlawful organizing network.
- Prepare a lawful federal response without triggering a constitutional crisis.
- Establish accountability for officials who knowingly facilitate unlawful ul conduct.
