When you have spare time on your hands, it’s easy to waste that time doing fun things, unimportant things, nonconsequential things. You usually find such time after you’ve worked hard to accomplish your tasks, usually ahead of schedule. Having the time to do those silly things is a reward for completing your mission with time to spare. True leisure time is well-earned time. Brandon’s Pentagon seems to think it has accomplished its mission giving it extra time to waste on nonessential tasks. But how could the geniuses running our national defense be under the impression they’ve accomplished anything even close to their important goal of keeping the nation safe? They have yet to earn any leisure time. The abysmal withdrawal from Afghanistan proves that.
The leaders in our Pentagon are so self-unaware. What else would explain the Pentagon leaderships’ obsession with force feeding the woke doctrine of transgenderism to our troops? Our military has become the playground of liberal flag rank officers and the civilian bureaucrat, mad social scientists running the world’s largest office building.
Our national defense is a serious and deadly endeavor. Our military is not a “playground” for the woke. In June 2021, the Army issued guidance in support of Brandon’s re-lifting of the ban on those poor souls who are confused about what sex they are, i.e., transgenders (Barack The Great previously lifted it).
“The revised Army policy for transgender military service:
Permits those who meet appropriate training and readiness standards to access and serve in their self-identified gender.
Incorporates several minor additions to better streamline policy, provide more flexibility to military services based on lessons learned in the field, and where necessary, includes additional clarification in terminology.”
With the Army continuing to flub the rollout of its new physical fitness test, in which nearly half the female soldiers are unable to pass, meeting the “appropriate training and readiness standards” is questionable. Just as the geeks running our Army want us to ignore differences between men and women, they also want us to ignore differences between men and the other 57 ½ genders. How can our military be expected to grapple with the enemy, when it can’t even grapple with reality?
The new Army policy further:
“Prohibits discrimination based on gender identity or an individual’s identification as transgender
Provides a means by which to access into the military in one’s self-identified gender provided all appropriate standards are met
Provides a path for those in service for medical treatment, gender transition, and * recognition in one’s self-identified gender
Seeks to protect the privacy of all Service members and to treat all Service members with dignity and respect”
The Army expects all soldiers to treat all other soldiers who self-identify their own personal reality, whatever that may be, with “dignity and respect”. So, if your fellow squad member, Joe, whom you also happen to room with, wakes up and says he’s now Jane, you’re supposed to respect that. Would you respect my math skills if I told you that 2 + 2 = 5? Would you respect my visual acuity if I told you red is green or black is white? Reality and facts are important in any profession but the lack of them can be the difference between life and death in the profession of arms. Regardless of what the fruitcakes in the Pentagon want us to believe, men are not women.
To ensure that all soldiers get the message that they are to ignore reality, the Army is mandating training on proper noun usage and creating a more welcoming atmosphere for the gender confused. All this while Russia is invading Ukraine and threatening world war in Europe. FYI, no word on whether Putin is using transgender infantry troops in his invasion. What a Neanderthal.
The escape from reality is so, so urgent that the Army is requiring all Army personnel to undergo this indoctrination, aka training, by the end of September. No details were released regarding any other military training taking place between now and then. I guess we can safely assume that the purge of any extremists (Trump supporters – KKK members, white nationalists, neoNazis, etc.) is complete. In the Army I grew up in, that my father fought in and that I trained in, this would be laughable. But it is not. This is deadly serious. Emphasis on deadly.
In fact, in order to demonstrate just how docile our military has become, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin ordered a delay in a scheduled Minuteman III ICBM test. The feckless defense chief didn’t want to offend Vladimir Putin as he’s invading Ukraine. “See, Vlad, we’re testing pronoun usage, not missiles! Hands with feathered boas up, don’t shoot.” We value our national security so much that we’re willing to give up testing our nuclear deterrence capabilities. Make sense? Of course not. Has China given up testing its new hypersonic missiles? Once again, of course not.
It is said that if you’re young and not a liberal, you have no heart and if you’re old and not a conservative, you have no brain. Our Pentagon leaders have no brains. It’s gonna take a slap of reality to maybe wake them up from their wokeness. The problem is that that slap will not come to them but to the rest of us in the form of some kind of enemy strike against our country. We will be sacrificial lambs for their learning curve.
Our greatest potential enemies, China, Russia, Iran and North Korea are not playing these mindless, reality-vacant games with their militaries. They are seriously training to win the next conflict. The fools in our Pentagon are training our troops to win the next pronoun spelling bee. What are we hearing about this from the loyal opposition, the Republicans? Crickets. Are there any adults left in Washington, DC? Our military doesn’t have any leisure time to spend on social justice nonsense. Having not won a war since 1991, it has not earned any leisure time. It’s time for the military to get back to work on its mission of training to protect and defend the USA from all enemies without distractions from or deference to the frozen fruits and mixed vegetables crowd.
