FormerPresident Biden, Senator Sanders and Mr. Reich are envious of Elon Musk’s success. They want you to think he became the richest man in the world because of government subsidies and infrastructure. I’m not going to pretend that Elon Musk is a rags to riches story, but he took a lot of risks and made some very difficult decisions to get to the point he is now.
