The local crazies in this Purple County in the Dirty Blue State of Washington have been raging ever since Trump won in 2024, and they could not stand the fact that an outspoken Trump supporter was elected to the board of the Peninsula Senior Activity Center on the Long Beach Peninsula. A mob formed to get rid of her.
The worst part of the unconstitutional Covid economic lock downs in Washington (32 months) and Oregon (25 months) was not the fear that the “Covid police” would arrest you and/or fine you. If you were a business, however, they would and did bankrupt you. The worst part was not knowing when a Liberal would bark at you.
When we moved from an area dominated by crazed Democrats, Portland, OR, where the Dem riots continued for 5 months in 2020, to this more politically balanced area, we immediately noticed a difference in attitude. Even though there are plenty of Liberals here, they aren’t as nasty as they are in Blue-ruined cities & states.
