The DOJ Underwrites Another Insurance Policy

Two criminal investigations are in the news. They are being presented as separate investigations, but they must be connected. Hunter Biden is indicted on multiple felony gun charges. In a separate investigation, Senator Robert Menendez (Dem, NJ) is indicted on numerous corruption charges – again. That is two prominent members of the Democrat crime syndicate, indicted by the DOJ that only prosecutes semi-fascist Trump supporters and protesting parents. The whole thing smells fishier than a Wuhan wet market. Something must be going on behind the scenes.

The Senator and First Son do have one thing in common – “Gropy” Joe Biden. Everyone not totally brainwashed by the propaganda ministry is aware of Hunter’s role as the collections guy in the Biden cash for access business. It turns out that Bob Menendez may be connected to Joe as well. Who would have guessed that corrupt politicians might team up for the occasional scam.

When the Honorable Senator Menendez wanted to host the US-Spain Council’s 2010 annual meeting at the Vice President’s crib at the Naval Observatory, he arranged it with Joe’s social secretary, Eric Schwerin. That would be the same Eric Schwerin who was in business with Hunter Biden and who managed the Biden family finances. Apparently, the Vice President isn’t provided a secretary by the US government. I wonder what the sticker price of that meeting was.

It makes me think that when two people connected with Joe Biden are indicted by Merrick Garland’s DOJ, something must be going on.

One possibility is that Merrick Garland finally got around to reading his oath of office, realized that he was sworn to defend the Constitution rather than the Democrat party, and has directed his staff to make the necessary adjustments to apply the law equally. Stop laughing. I said it was possible, not probable.

The second possibility is that too many criminals have been sloppy about leaving evidence lying around. Therefore, the DOJ is taking legal steps to keep those not “on the take” from following the evidentiary bread crumbs back to the Oval Office. The DOJ has decided to excise some of the rot and cauterize the wound to stop the bleeding until after the election. They’re using their proven tactic of indicting a couple of expendables, and then hiding behind a curtain of “can’t comment about an ongoing investigation” until after November, 2024. That should minimize the damage that crackheads and womanizers – who never learned that criminal activity should be done in secret – can do to the electoral chances of the syndicate – I mean party.

The last possibility is that the Dems are using the indictment to encourage a demented old fool, who has outlived his usefulness, to withdraw from running for office again. That’s more difficult than it sounds when:

• The Oval Office is the only thing the fool has ever wanted,
• He holds the most powerful office on planet Earth,
• He doesn’t take advice from anyone, and
• Joe Biden doesn’t care about any damage done to the Democrat party or anyone else.

Maybe the Dems can convince Joe that his immunization from the law – which he presumed the Garland appointment gave him – is no more effective than a COVID vaccine is at keeping one off a ventilator. The indictments may be a way to show Joe that he faces real legal jeopardy. Maybe he’ll opt out of running again if he sees that seeking 4 more years in office may get him 10 years in the slammer – without weekends on the beach or a daily ice-cream run.

Maybe the plan is to scare President Gremlin into dropping out of the 2024 campaign, proactively pardoning himself and his son, and retiring to Delaware. Bob Menendez will be on his own. Joe can then live out his life enjoying his mansion, classic Corvette, and overseas bank accounts. His days on the beach can be spent basking in the glory of his 50+ years of selfless public service and reading fawning Washington Post articles about the miracle of Bidenomics.

Which of those possibilities could it be? I’m not buying that there has been a sudden outbreak of justice at the Department of Justice. The explanation must be one of the other two possibilities – or perhaps a combination of both?

Maybe the whole thing is an insurance policy from the Pete and Lisa department of electoral insurance policies. Try to pressure Joe into stepping down, but if that doesn’t work, turn up the gaslight about nobody being above the law – not even Bob Menendez or Donald Trump. That will slam the door shut on any congressional discovery until after the election.

Then sometime around January of 2025 (but before Trump is inaugurated again), the Hunter Biden and Bob Menendez indictments will be quietly plead down to a single count of lying to the FBI each. Each will be sentenced to 100 hours of community service. Bob Menendez will perform his community service as a public servant (i.e. US Senator). Hunter Biden will perform his community service picking up litter on the roadside in an orange vest, in complete anonymity – the idiot having outlived his usefulness.
