Have you ever had a cookout, where people spend so much time shooing flies away, it looks like a gathering of the hearing impaired? Something funny happened before Jack Smith’s coronation as hero of the resistance. Florida District Judge Aileen Cannon ruled that Smith had not been legally appointed, and dismissed the charges against Trump. That raises rather interesting immunity questions.
Wouldn’t it be interesting if Chief Justice Roberts sent a letter to Congress, with the names of a couple of district judges which he is recommending for impeachment, just to see how it would change the risk/reward calculus of “resistance” posers in robes?

The Trump administration has deported 238 illegal aliens, who were members of the terrorist gang Tren de Aragua. District Judge James Boasberg has ordered the President to return them to the United States. The Dems are insisting that it will be a constitutional crisis if the President refuses to comply with the judge’s order. Their reasoning is completely backwards.
