Satire/Parody
Last week, in Part CXII, the words of past presidents and others were used to prove the Biden administration lacked original thoughts even as they try to implement the fundamental transformation of the US into a woke utopia, which is actually a leftist dystopia. This week, we will look at the narrative of the Biden presidency thus far that actually puts it beyond parody at times (not that such will prevent an overdue song parody).
When one considers the political acumen of Joe Biden, they see the metaphorical equivalent of Post-It Notes™. Once a novel invention in the 1970s, his re-usable adhesive has long since dried up and time and technology has passed him by. Still, the democrats kept him in their office supply closet, and broke him out in 2020 as part of their effort to regain the White House. The democrats attempted to portray Biden as a wise and mature elder statesman, and then hid him from the voters as much as they could, because every time he appeared he revealed that while he remained a fabulist blowhard with a strained relationship with the truth, age had not only eroded that quality, but made his relationship with gravity questionable as well.
In reality, Joe Biden was a fast talking son of a used car salesman whose family peddled his influence. He has tried to exploit the tragedies that he has experienced in life, almost always twisting the facts into a warped or false narrative that somehow makes him the center of attention. His only real success is that he has been elected, for whenever he has been in office, he has left things worse than they were in the days before he got there. His presidency was merely a rubber stamp for his staff, who openly resist whenever he speaks his own mind or acts on his own impulses and instincts.
In previous parts, we have examined the White House cocaine problemwhich overlaps with its Hunter problem. There has also been an examination of Joe Biden’s problems with gravity and his confused appearance at public events, shaking hands (paws?) with the Easter Bunny and other imaginary characters.
In the 1970s, these were also the kinds of problems Joe Biden was experiencing as Delaware’s junior senator. His wife had an ex-husband, Bill Stevenson, who refused to give her what she thought was her fair share of the night club he owned (which also competed very successfully with a failing night club Biden’s brother Jim owned). By the end of the decade, the taxpayers were on the hook for the bank which failed after brother Jim and his partner (Joe Reardon, who has since disappeared forever after meeting with Jim) defaulted on their loans there. Bill Stevenson, like his pre-stepson Hunter, wound up facing drug allegations and tax charges that sent him to state and federal prison in the 1980s.
Also in the 1970s, an Australian singer who earlier married an American talent agency employee three days after meeting him in order to gain the right to live and work in the US began to have a string of pop and crossover hits. Helen Reddy’s version of “I Don’t Know How to Love Him” from “Jesus Christ Superstar” hit number 13 on the US charts, and a string of hits followed. While her feminist anthem “I Am Woman” reached Number One on the pop charts in 1972, resulting in a Grammy the following year where she misgendered God in her acceptance speech (before ‘misgendering’ became a more widely known crime). She had a later Number One hit in 1974 with the song “Angie Baby”, about a young woman who was ‘touched in the head’ and lived in a fantasy world controlled by her radio.
When one considers Joe Biden, the resemblance between that song’s subject as someone who is not of sound mind who inhabits a fantasy world and the current occupant of the White House seemed apt enough to provide the basis for this week’s song parody.
You live your life in an economy
Where the good times come and go
And when the country is all out of good
It’s because of a guy named Joe
Independents thought he would be cool
But he made all of them look the fool
He’s a little touched in the head, Joseph Biden
Staffers appear in the Oval Office
And they show him what to sign (Biden)
But they always seem to fail to stop him
When Joe wants to speak his mind
Joseph B., it’s not a joke
Time to go and blow some smoke
Foot in mouth once more, Joseph Biden
Joseph Biden, from the truth you’re hidin’
Living in a world of make-believe
And slidin’
Dropped at the White House is a glassine bag
With a white powder inside
Like his son Hunter and daughter too
Have on many occasions tried
Though their folks sent both off to rehab
No prints or DNA from the lab
Will show how they have a good time, with Joe Biden
(Joseph Biden, Joseph Biden)
When Joe walks on a stage, he feels confused
And he can’t read the words to say
And he starts shaking hands, with folks not there
Sold his soul now lost his way
Joe tries to walk into the light
But still the things just don’t seem right
If he sees Corn Pop he must fight
Find a dog that doesn’t bite, even if Joe might
The headlines read that Joe Biden tripped
And that explains his slump
And if those polls just keep slidin’ lower
They’ll add another charge for Trump
It’s so nice to be senile
You just look confused and smile
The country’s on a slide, Joseph Biden
Joseph Biden, from the truth you’re hidin’
Living in a world of make-believe
And slidin’
And slidin’ (Joseph Biden, Joseph Biden)
And slidin’ (Joseph Biden, Joseph Biden)
(Joseph Biden, Joseph Biden)
(Joseph Biden, Joseph Biden)

It is not credible that China Joey hustled money from China, Russian, Ukraine, etcet, during his VP stint without Obama’s knowledge, and Obama did not stop it.
Since Hunter was indicted, he will not testify at the House committee unless he gets immunity. He will take the Fifth. The House cannot immunize him given the charges. But China Joey will pardon Hunter after the election.
The scope of the pardon will be interesting to watch, i.e. whether Joe pardons Hunter only for what he has thus far been indicted for, or if it is more of a blanket deal.
