This past week our little town got hit by a storm cell that was tornado-like in all but name and dark funnel. It was our hardest hit since the storm of the century, Hurricane Isabel, in 2003. This one was all wind, not water. Living on the shore of the Chesapeake Bay we’re used to getting both. A no name Nor-easter will flood with inches of past records. We weather them all.
